Hi guys, I’m Dr. Siddu Patil, and this is my story of how I fell in love with fitness 🏋️‍♂️ I was 17 years old when I joined MBBS. I loved cricket and dreamed of quitting medicine to pursue it professionally. But my parents convinced me it wasn’t the right path. That was the first time in my life I truly felt like I failed, like I couldn’t follow my heart. Out of frustration, I started doing push-ups at home—every single day—for 3–4 months. When I went back to college, I joined a gym, initially because my crush went there 😅. For the next 5 years, it was on and off. I studied hard, but also drank and smoked a lot. Fitness wasn’t consistent… yet it always lingered in the background. After my internship, I moved to Bengaluru and started going to the gym regularly. I was finally serious… until life threw me a curveball: bilateral inguinal hernia. Living alone, I felt like my life was over. Post-surgery, I couldn’t even walk properly for 15 days, and depression was heavy. But slowly, I started doing push-ups in my room again. Gradually, I went back to the gym. Three months later, I decided: no more excuses. I quit alcohol and smoking, and committed fully to fitness. Last December, I took it to the next level by hiring a personal trainer. Today, I’m almost at my peak fitness, pushing myself every day to get better. I even completed a personal trainer course, despite being a doctor. If there’s one thing I want to tell you: if you ever feel depressed, start working out. Your body and mind will thank you. If this story inspires you, like & follow. And if you want online coaching for weight loss or muscle gain, DM me.

#SEONGHWA talking about watching his favorite musical, Les Misérables., for the first time in a theater in London! ⭐️: Anyway, as for what I did today, I’m talking in circles (not answering). Today… so yesterday after dinner I saw they were performing a musical. I’ve seen a lot of small‑theater musicals but I’ve never seen a really big musical live, like in person. So… and they happened to be performing my favorite! What could it be~? Oh, someone got it right. It's Les Misérables. When did it come out? I was in wlementary school? Wait, when did Les Misérables come out in Korea? When it first released I went to see it with my mom, just the two of us. (After researching it) Here it says it came out in 2012. Then how old was I? Was I in middle school? Yes, right. I went to see it with my mom, the two of us, and it was so fun. I think it was the first musical film I properly watched in a theater. Before that I watched Mamma Mia on DVD when I was in Australia, but I couldn’t understand it then so I didn’t know what was fun about it. Les Mis was the first musical film I properly saw in a theater. I loved it so much that I went to see it three or four more times. And then yesterday, when I came out after eating, I saw this huge billboard for it. So, since I’m the type who acts fast once I decide, I said “I’m going to watch it today,” and went with my manager. There were real session musicians there, like down below. I was shocked by that. From above, like slightly, youu could see the conductor. I didn’t know that, I thought they played MR... So I was like, “this is awesome.” I went and bought merch too. But I didn’t know which seats were good, so I just chose the seat in the back of the first floor. But because there’s a second floor, my view was blocked, my view of the stage looked like this (obstructed from the bottom and above), so I watched slouching on my chair like this. Now I know, the front row of the second floor is the best. Or the very front of the first floor so you can see the actors’ expressions well. But movies are better from the back so (I though was the same for musicals). Anyway. Yes, I think it was a “restricted view” seat... it was probably cheaper. Anyway, the show was 2 hours 50 minutes and since I know the movie so well I understood everything even without subtitles. It was so fun. I knew most of the songs too. It was my first time seeing a musical in such a big venue so it was really great. The actors too were amazing. There were about 40? And the set, there were at least 10 different ones. I don’t know how it works, because it’s was not people moving/changing sets. They just slid in and out and the stage transitions were so smooth. Who’s my favorite character? Oh, that's a hard question? First, I like Marius. Ah, actualyy, when I was younger I liked Cosette and Marius. But now I feel drawn to Éponine. Because she loves so... unconditionally. After watching it today, Éponine loves Marius but even while she’s in a one‑sided love, she tells him where the girl he loves lives and helps him escape. That's so sad. Fantine was really pitiful too. Kind of... unfairly treated? My favorite song is One Day More, of course. And today, there were songs that felt different listening now that I’m older. I don't know the titles so I’ll have to look them up. The lingering feeling was strong, it felt similar to when I first watched it. And after that act (One Day More), the audience clapped and cheered so loudly. You know, I thought musicals were supposed to be quiet? But everyone was cheering so loudly, so I clapped and shouted too. And right after it ended the lights suddenly turned on and I was like, "is it over?" but it was the intermission. There were Act 1 and Act 2. I was so confused, I really thought it was over. I asked myself, “Is this a half‑length movie?" I mean, "musical?” Everyone got up so naturally and I was just confused alone. Anyway, the orchestra was seriously so cool. I want to see it in Korea too.

Elon Musk tells the story of his early career Elon recounts building his first startup Zip2 after dropping out of his PhD program at Stanford: “In 1995 I basically wrote the first — or close to the first — maps, directions, and yellow pages on the Internet. I just wrote that personally and didn’t use a web server (I just read the port directly) because I couldn’t afford one. The original office was on Sherman Avenue in Palo Alto. There was an ISP on the floor below, so I drilled a hole through the floor and ran a LAN cable directly to the ISP. My brother joined me and another co-founder (Greg Kouri who passed away). At the time we couldn’t even afford a place to stay, and the office was $500 per month, so we just slept in the office and showered at the YMCA.” However, Elon did not intend to start a company at first: “I tried to get a job at Netscape. I sent my resume into Netscape and nobody responded. Then I tried hanging out in the lobby to see if I could bump into someone but I was too shy to talk to anyone. So I was like, ‘Man this is ridiculous. I’ll just write software myself and see how it goes.’ It wasn’t actually from a standpoint of ‘I want to build a company.’ I just wanted to be part of building the Internet in some way. And since I couldn’t get a job at an Internet company, I had to start an Internet company.” In 1999, Zip2 was sold to Compaq for $307 million. After the acquisition, Elon took the $20 million he earned from it and invested it into a new payments company called X, which eventually merged with Peter Thiel’s Confinity to form PayPal. “I kept the chips on the table,” he recalls. “I got that $20 million check for my share of Zip2. At the time I was living in a house with four housemates and had like $10,000 in the bank. Then this check arrives in the mail and my bank account went to $20,010,000. I had to pay taxes on that, but I ended up putting almost all of that into X.” In 2002, PayPal was acquired by eBay for $1.5 billion. Elon earned ~$175-180 million from the sale based on his ~11.7% stake. In the subsequent decade, he would keep his chips on the table again and invest it all into Tesla and SpaceX. Cole Caufield’s first moments in the NHL: “When I got called up at the end of the 2021 regular season, I didn’t even think I was going to play. We were on a road trip out west, and I was just along for the ride. Healthy scratch. Get acclimated. Practice with the guys. And man, those were some guys. Shea Weber. Carey Price. Eric Staal. Corey Perry. Tyler Toffoli. I was coming into that room probably looking like the water boy. I couldn’t have been more starstruck. We’re at a morning skate in Calgary, and it was a bag skate, of course. I’m thinking I’m going back to the hotel for a nice nap, throw on the suit, sit up in the press box and have a Gatorade. We’re on the bus and somebody tells me, ‘Hey, you’re playing tonight.’ I thought they were joking. I said, ‘Oh my God, we just bag skated. I’m toast.’ I called my parents and my brother, and that was an awesome moment, just them getting choked up and saying, ‘We’ll be watching you on TV.’ That was the hardest nap of my life. I couldn’t even sit still. I mean…. I’m somebody who started skating in diapers. Me and my brother used to watch the NHL and be playing carpet hockey in full gear in the living room, pretending that we were those guys. I demanded to wear my hockey socks and everything. So yeah, that night in Calgary was pretty much the greatest 15 minutes and even plus-minus of my life. I thought that was probably going to be it — a couple games at the end of the season. But we had a few injuries, and somehow I ended up in the playoff lineup. Everything went so fast that I don’t even think I had time to be nervous. I’ll never forget, I was just so happy to be there and so amped up that we were at a morning practice at the start of Round 2 against Winnipeg, and we’re just supposed to be warming up the goalies, right? Nice and easy. We’re in the shootout line, and I get up to the front, and I had this goosebumps moment where I guess it finally sunk in like, ‘You’re a Montréal Canadien. You’re coming down on Carey Price right now. This is unbelievable.’ I came flying down like a bat out of hell at a freaking morning practice after Game 2 of a playoff series — guys are literally still yawning, stretching — and I absolutely rip one on net. As soon as I let it go, I thought, Oh s***. I smoked Carey right in the face. The sound was insane. Everybody stopped. You could have heard a pin drop in there. All I could think was, Is Shea looking at me? Is he going to kill me? I wanted to dig a hole in the ice and hide. Thank God, it was Carey Price. He shook it off like it was nothing, and he’s the chillest guy ever, so he wasn’t even mad at me. But then I skated back to the line and one of our vets just looked at me and said…. ‘Hey kid?’ ‘Yeah?’ ‘Don’t ever f****** do that again.’ Noted. Noted. I think I went five-hole on Carey for the next two months. The puck never left the ice.” Cole Caufield | Canadiens Montréal

My Polymarket bot is finished! It’s fully automated, I just run it and let the magic happen. At the start of each "Bitcoin Up or Down" round, the bot only watches the market during the first 2 minutes (configurable). If, during that time, either UP or DOWN drops fast enough, a price drop of at least 15% over 3 seconds (configurable), the bot triggers Leg 1 and immediately buys the side that dumped. After this first buy, the bot will never buy the same side again. Instead, it waits for a hedge opportunity on the opposite side. The hedge (Leg 2) is triggered only when: Leg1 entry price + current opposite ask price auto on [sum=0.95] [move=0.15] [windowMin=2] > shares: number of shares bought each time (for both Leg 1 and Leg 2) > sum: total price threshold that allows the hedge > move: dump threshold (e.g. 0.15 = 15%) > windowMin: number of minutes from the start of the round during which Leg 1 is allowed In this example, I ran: auto on 10 0.95 0.15 4 The bot watched the market for the first 4 minutes and bought 10 DOWN shares at $0.35 after a 17% drop in 3 seconds. A few seconds later, it bought 10 UP shares at $0.56, because: 0.56 + 0.35 = 0.91 < 0.95 That locked in a clean 9% profit. Why limit the strategy to the first 4 minutes of the round? Because early in the cycle, the market still has time to dump further and then stabilize. The closer you get to the end of the round, the lower the probability of seeing large corrective moves. Early on, there’s still time for volatility to play out. You can watch the video, the first order triggers at 2:50, and the second order at 3:02. If you’re interested in the bot, DM me.

1 year ago today, I launched my design agency (Finite Supply) with just a tweet. I had nothing lined up, and it was the first time I’d ever fully worked for myself. I want to start by thanking all my clients who have been such a joy to work with. I specifically want to thank: Fedi, OCEAN, Satoshi Nakamoto Institute, HRF, Opennode, and Bull Bitcoin for taking a chance on me as I was just starting out. Here’s a recap of our first year: - We had 22 clients (all bitcoiners). Wallets, exchanges, mining companies, foundations, an institute, multiple saas companies, a merch company, a bitcoin treasury company, a think tank, a financial institution, and an AI company. - Project types: 15 branding, 10 product design, 7 web design, 3 merch, 4 graphic design, and 2 presentations - 11 clients paid in BTC, 11 clients paid in USD, and 2 companies paid in equity. - I greatly exceeded my 20k/month income goal for all 12 months. - The FiniteSupply .co shop shipped out over 200 hats and dialed in production & shipping operations. Upon reflection, we really excelled at: - Creative Direction (being a seasoned “design mind” for founders and teams with little design expertise) - Branding (creating foundational brand identities and guides for new companies/organizations) - Web design (designing and developing websites) - Fractional product design (partnering with teams to design mobile / web apps) Early on I struggled with: - Saying YES to too much work out of fear of the unknown. - Not delegating enough work out. - Not posting enough work on social media. Some things that have worked for the business: - Posting thoughts on the intersection of design and bitcoin - Posting existing work always leads to more work - Fractional design services have been easy and effective for businesses to accept - Accepting and holding bitcoin has fortified the business bigly Some goals for this year (hold me to these!): - Post more to showcase more work, share design knowledge, and connect with potential clients. - Create even cooler hats & products for the Finite Supply shop. - Increase the percentage of bitcoin payments. - Build a product that leverages ai to boost efficiency for American workers who build real things. Thank you for reading, I hope you’ve enjoyed my annual report. The last year was incredibly blessed and I’m so grateful. I'm so proud of all the work we accomplished. If you’re thinking about starting your own thing, quit your job and do it. If you need design, send me a DM. Let’s connect. Last but not least, Happy Bitcoin Pizza Day! – Skyler

[ENG TRANS] 👤: Hold on... Whoa, both of you got cramps! Marc: No, hear me out. At first, when Neo got a cramp, I laughed. I was like, "What? How does Neo run out of energy like that in less than five minutes?" Neo: Yeah, and then I got another one right after! Neo: But honestly, it was because of the excitement. When we went out there and saw so many people cheering, we got hyped and used up way too much energy right away. Marc: Right, the energy was over the top. At the start, we went all out at 100%, jumping around, and then gradually crashed. Marc: And after his cramp, he stretched for a second and went right back to play. During one play, he dribbled up court and passed the ball. Everyone was looking at him thinking, "Why isn't Neo cutting in?" He just turned around with a face like, "I can't move!" Neo: The funny part is, once a cramp hits, you're totally helpless. The issue was that I had already cramped up once, but by the fourth quarter, I thought, "Screw it, since I'm already here, let me play a bit more." Neo: So I went back in, and soon enough, another cramp hit my leg and I couldn't move at all. But if I sat down or collapsed, I’d be so embarrassed in front of everyone! Marc shouted, "Neo, sit down!" I yelled back, "If I sit, it's embarrassing! I'm not sitting!" So I just stood frozen there. Marc: You practiced so much, and in the end— Neo: People had to carry me off! I had to call people to carry me out because I couldn't move my legs at all. There were like 4,000–5,000 Marc: No, 20,000 people! Neo: 20,000 people! If I limped off like that, I'd be humiliated. So I figured it was better to just have them carry me off! Neo: Alright, let's switch over to talk about the series now! #StarMagicxGMMTV neo_neos #neo_neos มาร์คเอมซี #marc_mc

youngjae shares the behind the scene or the reason why his eyes were so red after he got emotional winning first at inkigayo (🐶 reading a comment) 🐶: why my eyes are red? ah there’s really a lot i could say about that. honestly, during the second week of inkigayo promotions, our schedule was insanely tough from the very first week. thankfully, we got to promote both the title track and ‘ATP.’ of course, we couldn’t perform ‘ATP’ on mubank, but on mcountdown we performed both ‘ATP’ and the title track. then for mubank too, we had both the title track and all the second-week stages. since our schedule that second week was basically impossible to manage while staying in korea, we had to pre-record everything for the second week too mubank - inkigayo all of it. we’d be doing title-track pre-recordings at dawn, then pre-recordings or live broadcasts for ‘ATP’ too. after finishing second-week music show schedules, we’d immediately move on to filming even more second-week content. before the comeback, with the members we talked a lot about the schedule. we kept saying, ‘this schedule really doesn’t seem like it’s going to be easy.’ not just for us either, we thought the fans coming to pre-recordings would also be physically exhausted. we kept wondering, ‘will everyone really be okay?’ we talked about things like that a lot. but somehow we got through all of it. while we were in japan for kcon, we were also performing at the k-style party, and thankfully we even got first place (in mubank) while we're in japan too. i’m really, really grateful for that. then right after k-style ended, we flew straight back from 🇯🇵 to 🇰🇷, rested a little at the dorm and then shinyu hyung immediately went off to prepare for his mc schedule while the rest of us got ready for the live broadcast too. honestly, during mubank, it’s not that i necessarily want people to recognize how hard things were. but every time we won first place, i always ended up talking about this, our fans work so hard behind the scenes. streaming, voting… they really give it everything. quietly and steadily, just so they can see us win first place. watching 42s pour all their time and energy into that for us makes me feel so thankful and grateful, but also honestly really sorry too. so while all the exhaustion from the first week was passing by, i kept remembering how hard the fans worked voting and streaming, how hard the members worked together and how much everyone suffered through it. i also kept thinking about the staff members constantly running around backstage, barely sleeping, barely eating, staying with us through pre-recordings and everything. seeing all that made me realize that first place isn’t just ‘first place.’ i mean, people call it a win, but inside that one word are countless hours, countless people’s sweat, effort, and hard work all packed into it. that’s really what it felt like to me this time. especially on inkigayo, for some reason, i felt that even more strongly. so during these promotions, we really carried this sense of responsibility and pressure that we had to do even better while preparing for our official comeback with ‘overdrive’ too. because of that, so many thoughts were passing through my mind while we were singing the encore. but honestly, even before we went up for the encore stage, suddenly i got extremely nervous. all the artists were standing by there waiting, and out of nowhere i started shaking. i kept telling the members, ‘i’m so nervous.’ then we went up, did the encore stage for everyone there and prepared for the live broadcast results announcement. the moment they revealed the live voting results, i suddenly felt really strange. i kept thinking, ‘can we really win first place?’ somehow, while we were waiting in the waiting room, i had this feeling that today might be our last chance to win during the ‘You You’ promotions.+ #TWS #투어스 #영재 #YOUNGJAE

🚨SCAMMER @leviathanlocks🚨 (Please RT to help others not get scammed) DO NOT USE @leviathanlocks I signed up back in January and deposited $1,500. Within 7–10 days, they took away my Prop Builder… which was literally the #1 reason I signed up in the first place. Anyone in the OddsJam.com / Philipp community the last couple years knows live Prop Builder is one of the biggest edges out there ROI % wise. But accounts take it away extremely fast now and the limits are shit but if you want an easy edge to grind.. there you go! I also use PB for originated prop betting too. These services i mentioned are “betting tools” to help you make informed bets by showing price discrepancies in the market, not bots that actually place bets for you. I ran the balance up to about $3,600 in roughly 2 weeks… then PB gets shut off. After that, I barely even used the account. Maybe 2–3 prop bets a week on the main book, just to fill in spots I couldn’t get down elsewhere. A little over 2 weeks ago, I decided the juice wasn’t worth the squeeze anymore. No PB = not much value for me there. So I decided to cash out. March 31st: I text their customer service number to withdraw. No response. I DM @leviathanlocks on X. He tells me I must’ve gotten skipped. Then on April 5th, the “CS guy” finally texts me back and asks for a Venmo. I send it. April 6th: he texts me asking “ u used a bot on us?” Short answer: No. He tells me I’ll get paid… but I’ll be slow paid. I wait a few days. April 10th: I text again asking when I’ll be paid. He replies: “Monday.” Insinuating (April 13th) Monday comes… No payment. I text the “CS” guy again. No response. I message @leviathanlocks again… and now he keeps accusing me of using a bot over and over. Still says I’ll be slow paid. At that point I said: At minimum, send me my $1,500 deposit back TODAY and I’ll wait on the profit. Otherwise I’m taking it public so other people don’t get burned too. His response? “Make your post.” So here we are. At the end of the day, I’m not even looking to accomplish much here. They stole $2,700 from me. Peanuts in the grand scheme but it’s the principle. And I don’t want to see others keep a significant size of their bankroll in a book like this and get scammed. And the funniest part? I used my actual THEARBFATHER account. Believe it or not, I’ve had books straight up tell me “no thanks”. Others take the action, limit/cut me off, and still pay me like they’re supposed to. I’d rather go through the front door honestly than play the burner account game and duck/dodge like that if I don’t have too on bookies. End of the day on everything I love I didn’t use a bot, I went through the front door on my actual twitter account, I made a little $$ and this scam ass site is saying whatever to get out of paying. Straight up theft, stay clear of these 🤡 @leviathanlocks

yonghwa complimented jihoon a lot and even gave him his ring 🥺🥹 oh jihoon you are so loved by everyone 🐶 when i went to the shoot, i went kind of lululala~ (carefree) it was my first time ever going to fnc.. 🐶 that day was pretty busy… i also had to go to a fansign so i had to be exactly on time 🐶 when i got off the elevator and started greeting the fnc staff like, “hello~ hello~,” from inside, yonghwa hyung immediately went, “did jihoon come~??” 🐶 i couldn’t just go empty handed, right? i’m his junior by like ten years, after all. so even though it wasn’t anything fancy, i bought some things and brought them 🐶 i went in, greeted cnblue sunbaenims, and gave them the gifts. hyungnims all really liked it, and yonghwa hyung really liked it too 🐶 honestly, for me, the feeling was more like, “thank you, hyung, for reaching out to me first,” but to hyungnims it was more like, “thank you for helping us even though you’re busy,” that honestly made me feel really good 🐶 since chances like doing a challenge with yonghwa hyung don’t come around very often, i went dressed up properly, and yonghwa hyung noticed right away 👤 wow, jihoon, you came wearing something seriously impressive 🐶 and when i looked, his outfit was also totally on point, perfectly styled. i was like, “hyung, yours is no joke either” 🐶 the atmosphere during the shoot was really good. all the hyungs were such great people, and they treated me so kindly 🐶 first we did one rehearsal. my eyes were kind of swollen that day, actually. after one rehearsal, one of the fnc staff said, “jihoon, if you could make the movements bigger, like really go all out, that would be great.” so i went all out. but when we looked at the rehearsal take, it felt like it might be too much 🐶 all the hyungs, everyone really liked it. they were like, “this is crazy good~” “this is it, this is it!” 🐶 haha with that vibe, i couldn’t bring myself to say, “can we try one more time?” i was short on time too, since i had to wrap everything up in about thirty minutes and move on to the next schedule. so i read the room and just went along with it like, “this looks good,” “i think it’s fine,” “okay, okay, good good, nice nice~” hahah we did one rehearsal and one take and that was it 🐶 after that, i greeted hyung, chatted briefly about how we’d been doing, but there was this really touching story 🐶 yonghwa hyung and everyone kept thanking me over and over but for me, he’s a sunbae and a hyung i genuinely like, and i wanted to do it anyway 🐶 from my perspective, this was an opportunity i don’t easily get. and with a song challenge like this, you can only ask someone if you really trust them. you can’t just ask anyone to sing, especially since the song is difficult. so the fact that they respected me enough to ask meant a lot. honestly, i was the one who felt grateful. and then hyung kept saying, “thank you so much, seriously” 🐶 yonghwa hyung was wearing a ring from the same brand as my leather jacket.. then yonghwa hyung took off the ring and said, “hoon-ah, you take this. take it” i was like, “oh hyung?? really, hyung?” and he said, “seriously, thank you so much, jihoon. take it, you keep it.” 🐶 i was honestly so moved. it’s not like it was cheap either. so i said, “oh hyung.. thank you, hyungnim” and i tried it on to see if it would fit. i was like, “even if it doesn’t fit, i’ll just force it on, haengnim. even if my blood circulation stops, i’ll still wear it, haengnim” 🐶 i received the ring, and hyung kept telling me, “jihoon-ah, seriously thank you for preparing so well,” “you did really well,” “you sang so well,” and he gave me so much praise 🐶 i don’t usually have that much confidence, so hearing that meant a lot. and then i said, “yes, haengnim, i’ll contact you, haengnim~” “this dongsaeng is heading out now, haengnim” and i went back to my schedule

matthew's 5 minute ment from the last day of encore con... i always get so touched when he mentions the simplest of things the 9 of them did and how he just wants to do it again together... 🦊 i... am having a lot of thoughts right now, there were so many moments that we've had together for the past 2, actually 3 years now. as for you guys, you watch us perform on stage the most often but what i'm thinking of right now is when we get off work at dawn and joke around with each other and just laugh and send funny pics of each other too, everything was so simple but those times... i really will miss it so much, those small sides (of ourselves) and when i went to bed yesterday i also felt a little weird. like i was somewhat... scared. but why am i scared? i was not scared to perform on stage, i was scared since this would be our last time performing as 9 of us, just... when i felt lonely too, like what gunwook said, we could go up and down the dorms and talk to each other, when we go overseas, we would just talk and laugh in the hotel until dawn, this is... i will just miss this so much. we worked so hard too and, back then too during our 2.5 years we were like "wah it's been 2.5 years!" but it ended as soon as we opened our eyes so it felt like a dream. it just didn't make sense. so even now i'm actually, recently when i went back to the dorm, ricky wasn't there. it was a bit... i just miss ricky. i really miss him so much 🐱 i miss you too, i'll come find you a lot at the dorm 🦊 i really miss everything, like how ricky showers and sings at dawn and i miss every single thing. 🦊 firstly, i like it most when i see the members' faces so please let me see it once as a group. *group hug* 🦊 oh... so actually after i came to korea, whenever i felt lonely, i could just send kkt messages to the guys and we could just meet and have a meal too and that was so nice. for me, it was so simple to have a meal amongst us but it made my heart so warm. so... my first feeling was, after we debuted did we have jjajangmyeon and pizza? back then i was so happy and it was the start of us, now i just... want to have a meal together again... i'm sincerely looking forward so much to every members' future and you guys will love the 9 of us forever, right? i'll also watch the guys' videos and upload comments, you guys have to do it too! zerobaseone is forever. don't worry. i love you!

Recently tried making AI videos locally for the first time using MiniMax H3 + ComfyUI, and I went through three different approaches: text-to-video, syncing to music beats, and image-to-video. 🎬 As an AI video newbie, my biggest takeaway is that the workflow itself isn't nearly as overwhelming as I thought - the real challenge is writing the prompts. Luckily, we can just use AI to solve that! ---- I’d drop my raw ideas straight to the AI, then run them through the official H3 Prompt Writing Skill to turn those thoughts into structured prompts. For example, with my first summer travel video, I broke it down into four scenes. I kept a similar structure across each scene and just swapped out the location details, running it iteratively and tweaking as I went until the output actually matched what was in my head. Thank goodness it's a local model-I could experiment endlessly without blowing through cash just to bridge the gap between "what I wanted" and "what the model understood." The absolute best surprise was that the whole process didn't take long at all. This model is insanely obedient and respects instructions really well, so I barely had to deal with gacha-style rerolls to get the exact shot I wanted. For the music beat-sync video, I wanted the visuals to shift on every kick drum or snare. The final result pretty much hit the nail on the head. Honestly, instead of just generating a video that looks "pretty good," I care way more about whether the model actually gets the rhythm and executes the pacing I set. And this time, it totally delivered. 🥁 Then for the seaside clip, there was a ton of scene description and creative direction, plus a 4-shot storyline-and the model managed to generate the visuals, the vibe, and the background audio all in one single pass. Genuinely blew me away. 🌊 Plus, it’s super beginner-friendly. You can just plug and play with the official workflow templates; literally all I had to think about was writing the prompts, choosing the resolution, and setting the duration. ------- Oh, quick side note on my local PC setup: * GPU: Consumer-grade RTX 4090 24GB * 20 steps for a 15-second video takes about 200+ seconds * Cranking it up to 768P brings it to 1,000+ seconds * Upscaling it to 2K using the official API takes around 6–8 minutes The speed is honestly pretty decent. I heard a bunch of speedup LoRAs came out recently that I haven't gotten around to testing yet, but those should make it run even faster! (Gotta love the power of open source.) ------- I’ll be packaging up all the workflows, scripts, and assets I used for this run and dropping them on GitHub for free!

I closed out the weekend with a very green run on BTC, up 0.9% Saturday, 0.8% Sunday, and 2.68% week to week, marking five confirmed green days in a row for the first time since that March run all the way back from the 9th to the 16th. Bitcoin is sitting inside the daily TBO cloud in bullish consolidation, RSI hasn't even tagged overbought yet, and I'm now looking at a bullish engulfing candle on the weekly. My target for July is the weekly fast line at 71,145, roughly 12% higher from here, but I want to be clear the macro trend is still strong bearish and this bounce doesn't mean we're going up and to the right forever. Ethereum had a great weekend too, printing its first TBO close short since December, which tells me the short I called back on May 18th (a 29% drawdown) could be winding down. I'm not panic selling shorts yet, I want to wait for a pullback to the fast line before acting either way. Stablecoin dominance combined is showing lower highs and a TBO close long, which lines up with my expectation that this green July is a short term bounce rather than a trend change, and I'm watching for it to go oversold as my signal that the rally is closer to done than people think. Across the board I'm seeing similar setups: Bitcoin dominance printed a bullish divergence, Ethereum dominance is heading toward the top of its cloud where I plan to trim, and Solana dominance is still strong but showing signs a scale out opportunity is coming. In Tradfi, the Dixie looks ready to fall further which is bullish for crypto, gold and silver both have TBO close longs, and oil remains oversold for an incredible stretch. For my picks I like Bitcoin Cash and Aerodrome off their oversold bounces, I'm watching Solana and Ethereum for pullback entries, and I flagged Morpho, Lab, and Professor as weak charts I expect to roll over hard. 💥Happy 2nd SHOT Anniversary💥 2 years y’all! I’ve survived 2 yesrs •2 years I’ve been sick and injured from this poison. And I’m calling it what it is bc I feel “poisoned” every single freaking day • 2 years I’ve been mainly bedbound and unable to work as a RN, where before my jab I was once healthy, in the best shape of my life & ready to start a family. Now I’m 38, disabled & can barely do my Activities of Daily Living •Before becoming a nurse, I was blessed naturally with freakish athletic ability and talent. Any sport I played I excelled in, especially softball. •I started playing softball when I was 4 years old. I skipped tee ball bc I was too advanced and at 4 years old I was playing in coach pitch. I was just an itty bitty thing out there in the sea of these “big kids” and was given the nickname of PEANUT😃 I was the smallest one out there but also the mightiest. Like they say dynamite comes in small packages.!😆 In high school i lettered in varsity Volleyball, Basketball, and softball all 4 years. I earned so many accolades in softball and was a super star in my state. I was a 4 time all county, 4 time all conference, 2 time all region, 2 time All state shortstop and pitcher, County player of the year, and 2 time State Champion 👊✊ Those were the happiest days of my life. After high school I went on to play college softball at a D2 school instead of going professional or playing D1 to be close to my family after my moms death my senior year. I played 2 years of college ball and broke a few records my freshman year one being stolen base record: I was quick like lightning and my fastest time clocked in running to first base was 2.78 seconds in 40 feet 🐭 Of course I was lead off batter. I would get on base, steal 2nd and 3rd and would get hit home to score every time😃 I was also being scouted to play professional softball but pursued being a nurse instead. I am now confirmed, diagnosed and a documented adverse reaction to the mRNA vaccine with temporal association due to symptoms occurring 8 hours after my injection I was in cytokine storm by day 10 of my injury and I still currently am in it 2 years later. My past medical history only consisted of a pollen allergy which I took daily Claritin for. That’s it No surgeries, or other problems. I didn’t even have a PCP at the time bc I was never sick and if I did get sick I would always just see my athletic trainer while at college or the urgent care. I now suffer not only with being in cytokine storm, but also a bunch of new onset diagnosis that it has caused. POTS (postural Orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) , MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) Mthfr gene mutation, tremors, muscle mass loss, neurocognitive issues, monocyte and macrophage activation with all three monocyte likes expressing S1 Vax spike, mitochondrial failure, nitric oxide pathway failure, shingles, ebv reactivated, tremors, hot flashes, hypertension, inappropriate sinus tach with pacs, pvcs, and ventricular trigeminy, adhd, depression, anxiety, ptsd, ocd, extensive hair loss alopecia, skin rashes and bumps, syncope, dizziness, tinnitus, shortness of breath on exertion , micro clotting and activated platelet cascade, joint pain and swelling, palpitations and the list goes on. I speak out about my injury bc this poison needs pulled from the shelves ASAP and investigated 💯 #VaxInjuries #VaxDeaths #PfizerLied

Shared by Rebecca Lynn Hutcheson RN- "Wake up America... just one more Medical Professional putting their life, career and reputation on the line... Published on Jul 1, 2019 Neonatologist Dr. Paul Byrne, president of the Life Guardian Foundation, addresses the 2019 John Paul II Academy for Human Life and Family conference in Rome. May 20, 2019. Hear his voice it can save the life of your loved one... this is a long video, so go to the last 11 minutes and start there ...It is imperative for you to hear all when you have the time... I know this one first hand, a year ago this month my daughter was in ICU on a ventilator unresponsive they said. But she was unresponsive and, why did they have her on a high dose of Fentanyl? They were setting my daughter up for failure and then so she could be an organ donor ..had I not had the medical background that I did and another critical care nurse that I could reach out to they would have been successful and harvesting her organs and my daughter would not be here today... My daughter is the love of my life and it breaks my heart to think about all the families that were convinced that there was nothing left to do and signed those organ harvesting papers. When they kept telling me that my daughter was unresponsive I had to fight with them to pull her off the fentanyl. I told them you cannot possibly determine neuro status with that strong opiate. They told me that it was to keep her comfortable . I said she doesn't need to be kept comfortable if she's comatose she doesn't know anything, take her off the drug. What I was screaming on the inside was not what I could verbalize, I had to be more patient and kind because you can get thrown out of these rooms, yes that is true, they can remove you from your childs side.. So not only am I trying to save my daughter I'm trying to keep my composure , when I know what they are doing is so wrong. Another example of them setting my daughter up for failure is normal platelet count is 150000 to 400,000 my daughter's was 60, 000 that means that she was under normal limits that means that her blood was not clotting and this is why all of her IV sites were bleeding.. The CCU doctors wanted to start her on heparin, Heparin makes the blood thin for somebody who's got thick blood . my daighter was already well below limits and I said absolutely not, she is already thrombocytopenic(low platelets a bleeding disorder) Those 4 doctors come up against me again telling me "this was protocol she'll throw a clot, she could have a stroke." I said "there's no way for her to clot she has no platelets " and then I pointed at the Carousel of drugs they had her on and I said" those will drop her platelet count even lower." I had to sign refusals , this Heparin they wanted to put her on with no clotting factors already could/ would have caused a brain bleed in my child. I know the side effects of these Dangerous Drugs, but how many people do not? how many people do not even know what normal lab values are? without having all of the information and knowing what you need to know how can you make the right decision? It sickens me to the core of my being to know this is happening... If you want to gain some inside knowledge before you're ever put into this position watch this video in in its entirety. It's an hour and 11 minutes long if you don't have time, go to the last 11 minutes. Normally I don't have time to take and spend an hour watching a video because of school and all my other duties in my home with my animals, but when I started watching this video it brought back a lot of what I had to go through , people need to know this information. You have a doctor here trying to do the right thing but even with his background couldn't make things happen in a hospital setting. There's something very criminal taking place in our medical system and we just have to be aware of it."
