I'm on a beta blocker, atenolol, since my 40's and now I'm 74. Just know that beta blockers are taken for your lifetime. No doctor offered to tell me how to get off of it. Glad you're feeling better.

AFib sucks comes and goes for me. I was on 2 medications from my cardiologist took me off them after a year of no AFib just take baby aspirin now.

The doctor will never tell you you can fix it completely with some weight loss and some supplements. I know because I did...almost no symptoms and mine was bad. Afib is NOT a big deal...but they will make you feel like it is because they are trained in med school by big pharma
