Hello everyone! It's Jeremy here, slowly making my way back into life! It has been 3 days since my release and 40 days since the Pardon's issue. Most of those 3 days has been spent driving, eating or finding hotel rooms. Last night, around 8pm, I finally arrived in Tampa and got to hug my Mama!!! After 1,247 days, it was wonderful to hug and love on her after so long! I know many have expected more contact from me, but I am taking everything VERY, VERY slow because it is all very overwhelming and I am having to rely on others for EVERYTHING at the moment. I hope to be fully reestablished SOON, then you may regret wanting to hear from me...LOL. After that long away, I'm just happy to quietly enjoy being with my Mom. Below was the moment we got that hug she asked the Judge for in 2022. He can't deny her now! Other GREAT news, my Appellate Attorney, Michael Ufferman, notified me that the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals is allowing our 4th, 2nd and 5th Amendment claims to be heard next week and I WILL BE THERE the hear our arguments, IN PERSON! Mob of entitlement terrorizing a local McDonald's until police step in. We are in Palm Beach Florida for this one. The trouble started inside the restaurant, where the rowdy crew began hounding and screaming profanities at workers with one going behind the counter. Fearing for their safety, the night manager immediately called 911. By the time officers arrived, the individuals had moved out of the lobby and into their car in the parking lot. Because of the chaos caused inside and out, management made it clear to police that they wanted the entire group formally trespassed from the property. While officers were calmly trying to explain the legal trespass order and gather identification, a male passenger took center stage. He launched into a profanity-laced tirade, screaming and aggressively arguing with officers. Police gave multiple explicit warnings: leave the property immediately or face jail time. While the driver and the other passengers prepared to comply and drive away, the combative passenger chose a different path. He got out of the car, caused a scene and left the property, however instead of walking away, he deliberately marched back across the parking lot toward the restaurant not once, but twice—openly defying the legal warning. His choice to repeatedly cross back over the property line transformed a chaotic restaurant complaint into a definitive criminal trespass arrest. While his friends drove off into the night, he was handcuffed, resisting and shouting obscenities all the way into the back of a Palm Beach squad car. The fatigue is real at times and people are sick of these types of scenes going on at places of business. The sense of entitlement that these individuals feel like they can act this way with zero repercussions is mind blowing.

While officers were calmly trying to explain the legal trespass order and gather identification, a male passenger took center stage. In 2009, we tried to throw our very first DatPiff Live concert at the Masonic Temple in Brooklyn. On paper, it looked solid. Styles P, Red Café, JR Writer. In reality? Total disaster. We had no idea how to properly market a show or handle the logistics that come with running one. On top of that, the venue was way out of the mix. It was the perfect storm for things to go wrong, and they did. But we learned. In 2010, we ran it back. This time at SOB’s in SoHo, arguably the hottest, most intimate venue in NYC at the time. The approach was different. Instead of stacking the bill with just popular New York names, we built the lineup around artists whose mixtapes we had recently released. XV was the headliner. He was buzzing heavy, and we were dropping his new mixtape at midnight that same night, so the synergy made perfect sense. The supporting cast was strong too: Cory Gunz, Los, Masspike Miles, DJ Woogie, DJ Killatouch. And then there was Mac Miller. K.I.D.S. had dropped about a month earlier. Mac had never performed in New York City before. We knew he was hot online, but we had no idea what that would translate to in real life. We didn’t know how many fans would show up for him. Big mistake. That night quickly became a Mac Miller show first, DatPiff Live second. I’m not exaggerating when I say 90% of the crowd was there for him. He went on third to last, and the second he touched that stage, the place exploded. The room was shaking. He did a 30-minute set, and if I could go back, I would’ve given him an hour to run the entire mixtape front to back. He absolutely bodied it. I remember looking around at everyone backstage, we were all in shock. Like, “what just happened?” His manager at the time, Artie Pitt from Rostrum, great dude, was in tears after the set. He looked at me and said, “I’m just so proud of him, man. He made it. This just solidified what I already knew, the kid’s a star.” He was right. None of us could’ve predicted just how far Mac would go, but in that moment, we all knew something had shifted. He had arrived. As for the rest of the night… after Mac’s set, about half the crowd left. Masspike Miles went on to a nearly empty floor. The remaining fans were holding out for XV, who closed the show to about 40–50% capacity. To his credit, he still delivered a great performance, finishing right around midnight as his mixtape officially dropped. The next day, the blogs and media coverage labeled it “Mac Miller’s show at SOB’s.” DatPiff barely got mentioned. The other artists barely got mentioned. And honestly? Rightfully so. Flying back from Charlotte, I thought a lot about this weekend.. beeple was our Willy Wonka and created an amazing art factory event…. But it was more than an event. It was a small peak into our future.. My takeaway is this … We are not the same as traditional art yet we are very much connected … This event was a story in two parts… The first part was embracing the classic. A nod and ode to the museum/gallery exhibit… Part two was a chaotic immersive experience that was truly beautiful…. I think for me, what I get now, is we don’t need to run away. We need to embrace it all…. Art is art. The more we push our boundaries of a new creative technological renaissance we will bring in others who will see our vision… It will take a while. It won’t be easy. Last night was the first time I felt this. The first time I felt that we have a chance to be different but stay enough the same… I can see it now, 25 years from now at an underground extremely popular rave. The newest hottest artists enters wearing a hoodie that you can barely see their face except for the lollipop stick. They will emerge in the middle of the room rising from the floor. They will start to play a new score they composed that will include art they created with new advanced AI. They will create the art live in front of everyone. Suddenly, from the ceiling virtual little notes will fall and the people will have AR implants seeing these beautiful Vistula notes fall all around them. They will grab them with their hands and they will than use these digital notes to be able to buy the art and songs the artists is playing live. They will share the virtual notes with each other and save some for later. The artists will finish his work and disappear into the floor he came from. The crowd will go home and see if they were lucky enough to grab a golden note that gives them a special 1/1 song and art from the artist. The winner will than post it on socials, getting instant fame where that they can than tokenize the fame for themselves… the digital art renaissance is in full swing! That is the start of what we saw last night…. See, no one can see the future but we can live in it and not even realize we’re in the middle of it … Think about the changes you can make for this future and what footprint you can leave behind…. Think about how much time we really have to make any difference at all… This is how we build!
