Hello what is the color change you apply at the end? It looks so nice ! That adds a lot of contrasted colors to the metal im so curious now

curve tool! dupe the finished part and put that layer on top > apply curve to make the color funky, my line was some zigzag wave shape > set the top dupe to overlay and adjust colors as you want

What resolution/dpi do I have to be at to be able to zoom in that much without small objects being blurry?

this canvas is 8 x 10 on 600dpi. i mostly do 400-600 these days and then reduce it for uploads
