quick spike: getting multiplayer editing working on diffs/edit with yjs + partykit. there's nothing first class for remote cursors/presence or collaborative undo yet, but this should work in a pinch. this is dope Pierre

not sure why nobody is talking about this but Google Omni is insane at video editing Original Video (left) vs Omni Edited Video (right) everyone is comparing it to Seedance and missing the point completely. Seedance is for generating videos from scratch. Google Omni is for editing videos that already exist. which are two completely different use cases this is like when Nano Banana 1 first came out and nobody realized how big it was going to be. this is the first AI that can actually properly edit videos.. i've generated a few hundred videos with this model and it can do literally any type of edit you can think of. changing voices, swapping characters, removing watermarks, adding captions, transitions, pop ups, whatever. if you can describe the edit you want it can do it this completely crushes every other model on the market when it comes to video editing. nothing else even comes close right now and this is just the flash model. imagine what the pro version is going to be able to do when it drops in a couple months this should have way more hype than it's getting..

Maybe I’m missing something, but what does it matter where he works? It shouldn’t matter if he’s full or part time since he’s still in high school, but at least he’s working and making money instead of being out there in the streets. Seems to me they are trying to shame him for working fast food but where else is a high school kid gonna work that is this flexible with his hours?

✨ Grok's new Imagine video model also comes with an Edit model We know edit models for images, you submit an image, write a prompt what to change, but this is the first time I've seen a proper edit model for video And it kinda works, not great yet though but it does something Here I had to remove the old name "Nomad List" in the video for my site First it said "Go nomad -> Nomad List", so I prompted it "remove the text Nomad List. do not change anything else", it didn't remove it but it replaced it with just "Go nomad" again, okay good enough Useful because otherwise I'd have to scour my backups for the original video in Final Cut Pro, and this is faster One thing you see is it changes the pattern on the door also, but that's okay for now if I fade it in

We could have done a VC raise and grifted everyone with a downonly token and subpar product that founders have no interest in working on beyond securing their exits. But to us, an important part of the Parquet "experiment" is showing that it's possible for anyone to build a valuable protocol without relying on connections or capital. (we're just getting started btw) Coming this week: Liquidity farming PnL cards Parquet Exchange's first Trading Competition Additional markets
