If you only have so much time to play a game. Especially if your a busy person and don't play game options. And you just want to pick and play what you want. Quick play is fine for that. But if you want to play a serious game and be in competitive you need to learn at least 3 -

There are games where we have 5 DPS before I load (Rare but it does happen sometimes) At that point I just lock whatever and have fun because I KNOW WE AINT WINNING
