Most of Ethereum's everyday activity moved to L2s (Base, Arbitrum, etc.), so judging it by L1 tx counts misses a lot. But that raises the real question for me: if the users all live on L2s, where does value actually settle long-term — the chain or the rollups? Still thinking this one through.
