I feel like we need a fucking chat IRC and general thread system BUILT into the damn game so we can communicate on a scale apparent with the wars we are fighting.

The way Errorhead setup the whole Galactic War mechanic is really fucked up. No way to coordinate in-game, Bugdivers screwing everyone, Galactic Impact Modifier punishing your efforts just because more people are playing, and Trivial spam being more benificial to liberation efforts than doing 10s. Arrowhead needs to completely reword the system to allow players to actually compete, instead of being a laughing stock.

The war map does not matter

We need an MO that has us take back most of those planets on the bug front. They've been a bane to the main Helldivers for so long, both the Borgus and Jin Xi sectors. When we have less Bug planets to go, the better chance that those bug divers will be forced to actually contribute.

I used to go to where the most players were, because I assumed they knew what the plan was, but have, of course, learned they never do. Is there a place/website to go to see what the real strategies are? It can be hard to parse where I should send my team and actually be useful.

helldivers 2 it's not a game it's an experiment to see how far a developer can push its player base before they quit

Devs need to rethink how they tell players where to go. People see blinking lights and a warning and why wouldn’t they choose defense over gambit? What’s the % of players that are educated about the galactic wars mechanics? Why blame the players?

Honestly this is one of the reasons I stopped playing cos dawg how in hell are we even meant to make any fuckin progress if 70% of the playerbase have the shared mental capacity of a CANTELOUPE!!!!
