Qullamaggie shows Exit Strategy for Long Swings “What’s your exit strategy for such long swings? How do you decide this? Okay, that’s easy. Let’s take an example, ROKU. So I bought it here, on the opening range size. It gapped up on earnings, huge volume. All the things I’m looking for. You know, long range break had like a 6, 7-month range break had surprising good earnings. Great growth, etc. I sell some, maybe 15 to 20%. A quarter of my position, and then I trail it. Then I just start trailing it like the first close below this purple line. That’s the 10-day moving average. I sell maybe say a quarter or a third of what I still have left. The shares I have left after the ones I bought. Sold into strength, and then I sell another third or quarter when it hits the first close below the 20-day moving average, which is the yellow line. And then the next level is the red line, which is the 50-day, etc. So that’s how I scale out. So that’s what I use these moving averages for. I wait for them to be my stop pretty much. So I wait until the end of the day and I sell it. Then I also have a level. Let’s just take an example right here. I usually use the previous swing’s lows as my stop. Then I would get out at 79. Even though it turns up intraday and closes above this yellow line, I would have to stop. You know, you can get stopped out because you know. I can, so you know. Sometimes stocks, they go, they can go down, you know, 20%.50% in a day, even. You know mid and large cap names can do that sometimes. So, you know, if it hits my last resort stop, it is my last resort stop. I just sell it. If that was helpful, those are my sell rules, sell into strength and I trail the rest.”

🐿️ out of 365 days, i don’t have abs for 5 days but those 5 days of the year shock me so much that i work out for 360 days 🐿️ since i always have them, seeing myself not having them making me think “oh my gosh, this won’t do” 🧸 with me, i want to work out my back, chest, shoulders and arms but i don’t feel the same about abs because it has no direct influence on my build 🐿️ that’s true 🐿️ you just need to do it when you think of it 🧸 i do think about it these days though 🐿️ you do? that you wish you had them? 🧸 no, that i feel like i need to have them

Why do I have to take in something that’s… not good for me? I think the reason you guys are stressed is because you’re spending too much time on it. Try doing something else instead. Go swimming! Go work out! Just try it… Turn on my notifications, and only come in when I post. Do you understand? You don’t have to worry about me. I’m not stressed at all. I really don’t care about it. I always thought I couldn’t do 100s. 85s felt difficult. I just kept telling myself once these 85s feel easy and I can do more than 8 for 3 sets then I’ll move to 100s. I kept telling myself it was too heavy.. so it was. If you tell yourself you can’t do something, you can’t. It’s ok to be uncomfortable. I’ve learned this so here I was last week stepping out of my comfort zone. I decided to go for 100s last week and hopefully press it a couple of times. I got it 7 times for the first set but I was gassed out and could not do more. Today I did 3 sets both incline and flat press on 100s. Moral of the story: be kind to yourself and believe in yourself. If you don’t, then you won’t. You are your worst enemy at times, but that’s a decision. Decide to be your number one cheerleader, instead.

You were born in the middle of the night, in the midst of the biggest, most beautiful snowstorm NY had seen in years!! I remember riding in the car and looking out the window, where everything was twinkling and covered in white that night, as I held you both in my belly for the last few moments before I gave birth to you. It was as if God was making sure you would enter a world full of pure magic!! In my heart, I knew that’s how your life would always be!! When I would hold you as infants, I honestly felt as if I were holding two angels sent straight from heaven above. My life was changed forever. I cannot believe you are now adults…18 years old! You are both so kind-hearted, generous, and loving. How lucky the world was on this day 18 years ago when God decided to send you here with all of your talents and spirit and heart to make this world a better place, because that is what you do for me and anyone who is lucky enough to know you both every day. “I love you” could never encapsulate the depth of feeling, affection, and care that I have for you, my coconuts. It has always been the three of us!! We have been on this journey together. We have always had each other to hold on to and be that steady presence in the middle of any snowstorm. #Donghae 🐯: When the album comes out, I think I might cry. When I hold the album, thinking about all the worries and struggles. It wasn’t all hardship, there was excitement too, but until it comes out, I keep thinking I have to make something good. So, the album is coming out, should I do music shows or not? But music shows are hard for you to come to. Still, some of you want to watch it on TV, so don’t even think about not doing it.. If I don’t do music shows, even if I work hard on the album, people would probably say things to me. Ah, music show fancams…if I don’t do them, it’ll be a problem, huh? But you know, right? No matter what you say to me, I love you. Love beats everything. You’ll make me get first place? It’s okay. You’re already my number one. That’s enough for me. You’re my number one in the world. I got kicked out of 5 schools. Finished my GCSEs in a Pru. Still passed all of them. I coulda done way better but GCSEs don’t define who you are. I am an intellect in my own way, why do you think I have so many eyes on me? I’m not bragging or saying what I done to get where I am is right but I’m saying don’t let anyone tell you you can’t do anything or that you have to listen to a certain person to prosper in life. If you put your mind to it and really wanna achieve it it can be done. #mizzy #mizzythemoron

🐻: a [life] tip for someone turning 20? well… this is more of a lifelong tip than specifically for your 20s, but you have to life doing all the things you want! of course we can’t always be only doing the things that we want, but whenever possible, try turning the things you do into what you wanna do or doing the things that are actually aligned with what you like. i think it’d be good to fill in your life with the things you wanna do as much as possible 🐻: would life become more enjoyable once i turn 30? hmm, nope! [now that i think about it,] it wasn’t turning 30 that was important for me. i just happened to find my turning point and felt better in my 30s, but if it’s not the case for you, i think life turns more enjoyable the moment you make up your mind and determination. though it just sounds like a mere mindset difference, isn’t that the hardest part? it’s definitely not easy 🐻: “can you tell me that i’m doing well?”—you’re doing well! but i don’t think me telling you those words is what’s important because won’t it truly be more meaningful if it’s you who lives believing in your own self? i’ve also come to live that way now, though i know that’s something really hard to do… but still, i realised that’s the best way. making even a slight shift to our mindset’s so hard, isn’t it? 🐻: “what should i do if i don’t have confidence?”—keep doing it until you have that confidence or try your best to put aside all the reasons you’re unconfident. you’ll surely gain confidence that way, though of course, support from the people around you helps with confidence boost too. for example, i initially started believing that i might actually be better than how i viewed myself because my days believe in me, but in the long run, i have to be the one building my own confidence up. i think it’s most important that you recognise and validate your own self in the end! 🐻: “i’m afraid of the future”—you can be. i think i’ve said this before, but nothing changes even if we’re afraid. if you’re afraid of something that’s inevitably gonna happen, contemplating about it allows for good preemptive measures instead, but for all those minor worries? i think it’s better to take action after those things do happen, since i heard 90% of the things we worry about won’t actually happen. it’ll be okay, i believe
