Senate: "a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice." In other words 67 Senators. Kevin McCarthy must hold a new joint session with a quorum immediately and present all of the evidence of an illegally certified election by AZ, WI, PA, MI, GA, NV, NH. I would be honored to provide him and his staff everything needed to move forward with this.

With 4 senators out of the country and 3 under detention, only 17 senators were available to attend. Thus, the quorum should be reckoned from 17, not 24. Since 12 senators were present, a quorum existed.
