Once I enter a ride, the first thing I ask the driver is if he has Bluetooth🤲. And I connect my sound immediately. If he does not have, I will just tell him to turn off the music if it is something that makes me uncomfortable. Better to ride in silence than feed my spirit with polluted sounds just because I am on a ride. It does not matter how long or short the ride is.

Someone looked at me and decided my weight loss must be stalled. I want to talk about what that assumption actually says. It says that if a woman does not look a certain way, she must be failing. It says the goal is to become small enough that strangers feel comfortable with your body. It says your progress is only valid if it is visible and ongoing and pointed toward a destination someone else approved. I have lost 140 pounds in less than a year. That is the equivalent of an adult person gone off my body. I am not stalled. I spent the last couple of months in a deliberate phase of metabolic healing before entering a body recomposition phase. That is not a plateau. That is a plan. And now it is time to build. I am adding the rebounder back. I am adding weights. I am tightening up what was keeping me from the next phase, because progress does not stop just because healing takes time. Metabolic health first, body recomposition second. That was never a detour. That was always the path. The body you are in right now is not a problem to be solved. Mine is healing. Mine is getting stronger. And where I am in my journey is nobody’s business until I decide to make it that way. Meat. Mindset. Movement. All three. In that order.

A lot of nonsense happen this month after a long wait for something it came and you crashed it But as a resilience trader you ask for the last $6k that your client has and his response was Greatmann I believe in you and I am funding it now now … Most client lost trust in you because of loss they will call you names and insult you as if they gave birth to you. But you know o have never gotten a client that so much encourage me like Mr Dan He funded the $6k usd yesterday and as at today I made over $62,212 as profit Yes you hear me right 💪 It’s one of my best trade for a very long time in size it’s small compare to other account I am trading but this became the best because I was so careful that I pick losses in some places despite I know it will profit me but I just don’t want to take chances but all I want to say is any thing is posible in forex and so many of this type of account has been crashed by me but this one survived. I know with conviction that the true church of Christ does not sit idly by while darkness consumes its lands. I know this because the deepest joy I have ever experienced almost never happened. I almost traded it away. I bought the lie that secular America sells to the young. "Wait to have kids until you are established. Have your fun first. Live for yourself in your twenties." I believed it. I delayed. And I came within inches of forfeiting the one good that no career, no comfort, no pleasure could ever replace. That joy has a name. It is fatherhood. It is the weight of a child in my arms and the whole future he carries. Now I watch others walk the road I almost walked to its end. I watch them miss the divine joy because they were promised something better and the promise was hollow. There is a grief in me that does not leave. My joy cannot be multiplied without limit. I started too late. I will never have the large family I now know I was made for. So hear me clearly. I want to destroy secularism in this country. Not because I hate the people caught in it. I was one of them. I want to destroy it because it is a disease, and the birth collapse around us is the fever. So yes, I mean to make war on it. I mean to tear down the lie wherever it stands. I call whoever I want the n-word whenever I deem it necessary or funny. Further, I encourage everyone to do it. Do it. Do it until such a time as the entire national consensus is that stabbing someone is so much worse than cursing or slur slinging that suggesting otherwise is objectively laughable and results in the person claiming it’s the same or worse being reduced to the level of a clown for being so ridiculously idiotic in public. We will never equate words to violence. The Right did not and will not concede this ground to you mfs. If that means Power Word N must be used at the rate at which liberals breathe the accusation of “Nazi” at any and everyone they please, so be it. The slurs will continue until they lose all meaning, or your behavior improves and not a second sooner.
