The Gospel of Matthew traces Yeshua's lineage through Joseph down to David. We can conclude that Yeshua had Joseph's DNA, even though Miriam had a supernatural pregnancy.

It's actually quite simple: Matthew 1:7 says Joseph is descended from Solomon. This is important so Jesus, as the adopted son of Joseph, can claim the LEGALright to the Throne of David through Solmon.
