They actually know! Allah SWT said it in the Qua'an, they know the truth, but there heart desires won't let them believe.

They should know

Judaism always had been an evolving ancient religion. Prophet after prophet comes amongst them, so they should be used to following the latest Prophet that carry the message of one God The Palestinians are simply the jews in that area who had followed that message of one God through the final Prophet Muhammad pbuh

They know the truth, but arrogance reign supreme in their hearts till they visit the grave (a place dull of regrets and a point of no return). Accountability is coming where no man will be misjudged but judged accordingly.
