Now, with all the progress we’ve made, 75% of black children grow up without a father, and black women today have a lower marriage rate than black men and than white women. So the answer to all the black community’s problems CANNOT be “systemic racism,” if they were doing better back when racism was more prevalent and was actually written into laws.
