Car cleaning is covered by the business insurance. Also file for stress, fear, intimidation by an insured-authorized agent of the covered business. Secondly, file charges against the employee. When he goes to jail, you qualify for the business insurance benefits. People behave in manners that they do not recognize that their actions can and will have ramifications.

Did you listen to what he was saying? He's using the "n" word like it's normal. Maybe he called the guy that and insulted him. It's no excuse to throw food at them, but they could have hit refund and refused to give him food if he was abusing employees.
