One way to get rid of an underground (or wall void) Yellow Jacket or Wasp Nest: Rodent Glue Boards One of the problems in dealing with wasps, hornets and yellow jackets is treating the nest, even if you know where it is. It’s sometimes hard to get near them to treat without getting stung. One quick way to get rid of them is to set a glue board near the nest entry and get just ONE caught on it. I usually put a small raw piece of chicken. They’ll get stuck and start stinging the glue board along with releasing attack pheromones. The massive pheromone release will draw other members of the colony to the glue board. They in turn get stuck, start trying to sting the glue board and release more pheromones. Pretty quickly you’ll have drawn the entire colony out and they will all get stuck and meet their demise on the glue board. Side note: you will have to draw the first few to the glue board with a some type of food they like. Any type of grilled meat like burger, chicken or a piece of a hot dog works. A small piece of sliced lunch meat like ham also works. That’s why you always see them coming around your outdoor family reunion feast. They love that food. Keep in mind, if you disturb a nest of yellow jackets with a mower, or a child pushes on a small log with them in it, they will k*ll you. Anaphylactic shock, airway constriction, cardiovascular collapse. They are a public health threat and it’s totally okay to rid the world of these things. (Don’t mess with the bees though) If this method doesn’t work for you, the best product I’ve used to treat them from far away is Wasp Freeze by BASF. Also, the hanging yellow stinging insect traps are very effective as well.

Let me explain my experience. The first problem is power issues in my area. Even when we finally get light, the ODU takes forever to charge. I’ve been charging it for about 30 minutes and it’s still stuck at 1 bar. The second problem is connection delay. I’ll connect both my laptop and phone, and it will just sit there saying “Connected, No Internet.” Meanwhile the battery keeps draining. And even when it finally connects, the speed is frustratingly slow for something that is supposed to be a Spectranet. For example, downloading a 30.47MB anime episode from Animepahe takes way longer than it should. I go just rest go sleep😭, to attend a meeting nko. I checked the outdoor unit, and I noticed something else: it takes a long time to turn green and spends most of the time stuck on yellow. At this point, I honestly don’t think I’ll be renewing my subscription this month until I figure out what’s really going on. I’ve already spent close to ₦20k on data this month, and I can’t keep doing that. At all.

I had been arrested before, I am no saint, but of all the bad things in my life I've done, protesting a stolen election wasn't one of them. I knew my life was changed forever. I speak of lost freedoms and the broken trust of a man overwhelmed and wounded by the Country I love. We must fight for real truth, healing. and love of God to persevere. a few days late to the party, but 2024 took a few days to reflect on. honestly, i couldn’t decide in a knee jerk how to round it up, but here’s a few things i’ve landed on and want to share in the name of navigating growing up together on here. i spent majority of this year wildly uncomfortable. part of it intentional, knowing real growth and creativity (maybe even freedom) comes from pushing myself out of my comfort zone. i took the most time off the road that i have in 10 years, and had to rewire my brain to not operate from a place of scarcity from that. then sat in the space to try new things, then actually made the jump and did them. shaking in my boots then learning im more capable than i give myself credit for. and checking a few things off the bucket list along the way (see you in arenas and the big red seat in the next month 🤍) uncomfortable getting a year deeper into my 30’s and the self reflection, accountability, and ‘holy shit i’m a real adult now’ epiphanies it demands. *panicking*…then breathing and talking through it. finding deeper gratitude for friendships and therapy. and good skincare. and sleep. uncomfortable in challenging myself to chill with the death grip on fear and settle into a new pace and level of steady love. not dashing during dust storms and enjoying the view even more when it settles. taking a magnifying glass to past patterns, and valuing, even protecting its place in my life. uncomfortable in the juggle of wanting more and wanting less, being the girl on stage and a dog mom, some days feeling new still and others spent precautionary plotting when the glitter won’t be as glittery. so i guess my goal for the year ahead is to try to find some comfort? in the loud and quiet, public and private moments. to still push and seek and want, but find comfort in being uncomfortable. don’t get me wrong, i love a little chaos. i just wonder how it pairs with a little more peace. AND WITH THAT THE 2024 SEASON COM- just kidding. cheers and happy new year let’s vibe.

This is why I don't like to eat out... My last day of vacation so I treated myself to trying to new Bombing Pot Korean BBQ place at the Waterfront. It's a $35 buffet that serves Korean BBQ, house made sushi, build your own soup bowl and they have a buffet bar. It got off to a bad start when I saw my server spray my hot plate grill that I cook on at m table with a canola type spray. I immediately wiped it all off with a napkin after she left. 😂 You order portions from an IPad menu and the bring them to your table… small portions but as many as you like. I ordered ribeye, spicy Korean BBQ, brisket and pork belly for the table grill and the BBQ was the only thing I liked. The other items were bland and unseasoned and they didn't even have salt. I had a little sushi and to be honest, the sushi in the grocery store where I work is much better. The buffet bar had overly sweet kimchi, chicken wings, seafood salad, dim sum and a crab leg type boil with shrimp, mussels, corn and crawfish. There were some other things not really worth mentioning and was the tiniest buffet table I've ever seen. There were no tools to help extricate the crab leg meat and they were terribly overcooked and unappealing. The fact that shrimp wasn't even deveined was the clincher for me. I won't be back.

A week ago, I took Kuno to the emergency animal hospital. I burst into tears when we got there because it was obvious he was hurting. I've experienced a lot of physical pain in my life, but the gut-wrenching feeling that comes with seeing a dog you love in pain is right up there. I expected them to medicate him for pain, maybe give him a shot for nausea. I never pictured he wouldn't come home with me. Our relationship was different than most. We learned all about wheelchair life together. Everything from fighting our way through doors and getting stuck in snow and on dilapidated sidewalks to traveling the prairies to dog shows together. When I hung my head ashamed because I couldn't get into a place, he said, "Fluff this," and walked proudly beside me. He dried a lot of tears and brought many smiles and a lot of laughter. He wasn't a well bred dog. He certainly wasn't the most athletic. He was very intelligent, though. His one flaw was he sometimes lacked confidence, the result of me being over careful as a new wheelchair user, but we regained much of that. He followed me everywhere and watched me lovingly. He breathed life into my soul that I didn't think I'd ever feel again. My life is infinitely better because of him and the lessons he taught me. Losing him is hard. Everything I've managed to learn, do, and achieve since losing the ability to walk was because of him. Literally everything. We came so far together, and I'm a much better, stronger person because of him. The one thing that makes this loss easier is knowing how loved he was. Not just by me, but by anyone who knew him. I'm still amazed and humbled by how many lives he touched. The best thing I ever did for him was really learn to read his body language. I could tell by the flick of his tongue when he needed a second to just check out our surroundings before proceeding. I knew by his ear positions if he was unimpressed by my actions. He'd do whatever I asked anyhow, but by really learning his language, I was able to adjust to his needs to make him as happy as possible. If there's one thing you can do to make your dog's life better, it's to learn how they communicate and respect them when they tell you they need a moment or a little space. Get to know their tail positions, their earset, how they breathe when they're problem solving or thinking, and understand the yawns, the lip licking, and their appeasement behaviors. It takes time, but it will make your relationship with your dog so much better. I thought a lot in these days to write about what happened in the past days, but because i saw them already lying (looks like to be liar is their inner nature) i will talk about the bad behavior and disrespect of cpf fans aka #bjyx or #yizhan during the days of mfw. I think everyone can stay outside the shows to see their favorite celebrities but respect should be the main value to follow, you are there for Xiao Zhan, he is doing his work, why are you bringing irrelevant people into HIS JOB EVENT?! Why do you want to push your fanfictions into his face? Why have you to disturb the common order of everyone there? Even people from other fandoms were shocked by their behavior! I will divide everything into 3 chapters - - 25th G show. They found a spot and attach a dirty banner and even G brand staff came out from the event asking to the removal of their disgusting banner and brought it away. I add also video of the fact. The cpf tried also to disguise herself wearing a red jacket, but she was not happy, the moment G brand staff went away with the banner, instead to be ashamed, she brought out new banners, with the visible surname of another person and their yellow colors! She also argued for long with a poor security guy who was really done So are you there for what? To see someone you claim to be fan or just for a selfish pleasure being disrespectful towards xz?!? - 27th we organized a loch special screening in a cinema, we were us xfx + some passerby we invited, the hall was private booked and it was totally filled. But some of them came to the cinema and argued even with the cinema staff! They tried to snatch into a private event and threaten the cinema staff 😱 - 28th T brand even was the worst day. They tried to pick fights since 3 am in between the street 😱 they stole one of our stool, they started to play loud wuji AT 5AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A CITY!!! wth?! This is a disturbance for everyone, it’s not allowed! I had a small group of 4/5 behind me and they screamed to my ears every fk 10/15 min, trying to pick fights with us (we ignored them 95% of the time) and continue to push their luggage toward my friend who wasn’t even allowed to sit down for this! They were so chaotic and such a disturbance that after a while even the security guard in our zone noticed they were weird and started to monitored them closer. At certain time they exploded again and even the security guard was able to contain the she brought out new banners, with the visible surname of another person and their yellow colors!
