Sir Alex Ferguson gave me 4 days off when my wife went into labour… when my daughter was born, he called me back to start against Barcelona 😭 At lunch he asked her name and I told him: ‘Boss, I haven’t even named her yet… you rushed me back , he got angry” — Patrice Evra

Sir Alex Ferguson wrote in his autobiography that Roy Keane's greatest weapon was his tongue. The sap from his mouth would blind anyone who was a victim of his ire. One drop in your eyes and you're like the very old, begging for alms.

When Sir Ferguson had enough of Roy Keane, the same person now trash talking and lying about things Bruno Fernandes didn’t say, while also talking about what it means to be a leader when he was a terrible leader himself. Not a Manchester United legend 🚮

Everyone needs to be talking about this ICE agent who was the one who ended up causing the murder of Alex Pretti! If you watch this agent was the aggressor from the beginning when he walked over to a woman & pushed her & when she tried to hide behind Alex he was pushed too! 🤬

How Sir Alex Ferguson used to deal with UK media. "I had some of you banned for a few weeks. Next time it's finished & you don't get back in. Your job is to tell the truth as a journalist. If you can't do that you are in the wrong job" MUFC need this rn.

🚨The difference between Senne Lammens and André Onana in pre-game prep says everything about mentality. Lammens is genuinely one of our best signings since Sir Alex Ferguson retired — a proper RED who gets what it means to play for this club. 🔴

🚨🔴Before Onana, we had another ‘’crazy’’ goalkeeper in our team and he was very good with his feet too. Fabien Barthez was doing the role of a sweeper goalkeeper before anyone else at 2001, but back then this style of play was not as popular as today. He had so much desire to play with his feet, in one friendly match on pre-season Sir Alex Ferguson substitute Ruud Van Nistelrooy for him, and he was playing as a striker. Who remember him? #MUFC

🚨 Pep Guardiola ends the debate over who is the greatest manager between himself and Sir Alex Ferguson: “I don’t think there is any real debate for me.” “What Alex Ferguson achieved in football is something extraordinary.” “To stay at the top for so many years with Manchester United, rebuilding different generations of teams and continuing to win, is almost impossible.” “I have always said Sir Alex is the benchmark for every manager.” “Yes, I won many trophies and I’m proud of what we achieved at Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester City.” “But longevity matters.” “Sir Alex dominated English football for decades.” “He adapted to different eras, different players and different styles of football and still remained successful.” “That is greatness.” “As coaches, we all leave ideas behind, but Sir Alex built a culture and mentality that lasted for generations.” “I learned a lot watching his teams and the way his players fought for him.” “For me, if people call me one of the greatest managers, I am honoured.” “But Sir Alex Ferguson is in a different category because what he did is part of football history forever.” {Fabrizio Romano }

5/1/2011 - This was how Manchester United was winning the league under Alex Ferguson when there was no social media. In 2026, their fans want to tell you how a foul on a goalkeeper shouldn’t be given against Westham 😂😂. Game was against Arsenal and Vidic used his hands to palm off a cross, the lineman just ignored 😭

🚨🎙️Luis Enrique ; sir Alex Ferguson is the greatest manager of all time for me but I respect pep a lot 🗣️ “For me, Sir Alex Ferguson is the greatest coach in football history. What he achieved in football, especially with Manchester United, is something that changed the sport forever. He did not simply win trophies he built an empire, a mentality, and a culture of winning that lasted for generations. He completely changed the history of Manchester United. Before him, the club was big, but under Sir Alex they became a global football institution. Winning multiple Premier League titles, FA Cups, League Cups, and especially Champions League trophies is extraordinary. To dominate English football for such a long period is already difficult, but to also dominate Europe and compete at the highest level for decades shows a level of greatness that very few managers in history can ever reach. One of the things I admire most about Sir Alex is his ability to rebuild successful teams again and again. Different generations, different players, different football eras — but Manchester United remained at the top because of his leadership, intelligence, and mentality. He also helped develop and groom some of the greatest players football has ever seen. Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best examples. Ferguson helped transform an incredibly talented young player into one of the greatest footballers in history. That ability to improve players, to guide them, and to make them believe they can become world-class is one of the biggest signs of a legendary coach. I have always had a very good relationship with Sir Alex Ferguson. He is someone I respect deeply. After our Champions League victory, he congratulated me, and for me that meant a lot because it came from someone I admire greatly. I have learned many things from Ferguson over the years — leadership, discipline, managing big personalities, creating a winning mentality, and understanding what it takes to stay successful at the highest level for many years. Coaches like Sir Alex inspire all of us in football. For me, he will always be one of the greatest inspirations in management and, without doubt, the greatest coach ever.” ❤️🏆 #MUFC
