Raghuvaran in Circle Inspector was operating on a different level. Cold, calculated, and absolutely terrifying Credit to M. S. Ramesh for the sharp writing #CircleInspector #Devaraj #Raghuvaran #MSRamesh #AMohanGandhi

He scared the audiences just by his body language and facial expression. He was amazing in “Prathyartha” as well.

A great actor 👏🏼

Such an amazing actor he was. Most of Devraj’s cop movies are superb. Circle Inspector, Lockup Death, Police Files, Golibar and a few others. He too is a very good actor.

💯 agreed, he earned the title Dynamic Hero

It's unfortunate that we lost him early 😭 ! He deserved a long life as an actor , but personal traits ....was the cause ... As read in the media.. Actor par excellence !

One of the best actors indeed. Sad that he had health issues

Dude was the most sharply dressed villain ever...

Always in a suit, speaks softly, uses a silencer. A true class villain

Circle inspector, Curfew my god gem of movies. Devaraj should get much much better appreciation from the Kannada audience. ರಘುವರನ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಎನ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ರು ಕಡಿಮೆನೆ ಬಿಡಿ absolute legend

Agreed every single word

Songs and BGM was good in this movie.

Villain BGM 🔥🔥🔥

But voice dubbing artist was same to all villains at those days.

Dude was the most sophisticated Villian, great actor

Oh my,.. OG TATA sierra 👌🏻👌🏻

Nungona baa...song is classic....

He is cold blodlode, not very loud villan like these days, very unique, his calm voice and superb face expression enough to terrify opponent rarest gem, now u can comparw with pankaj tripati almost same

Pankaj tripati very similar actor, yes 🙌🏽

Pankaj tripathi potryal of kaleen bhaiyya is case study for new actors. Calm voice, very straight face but bloddy brutal at same time, what an incredible talent
