🎥 Raheem Mostert on Mike McDaniel player-friendly approach as a head coach: "When you're dealing with a coach that's so nonchalant, laid back... as a player you're like, I need somebody tough that's going to layer the hammer down when it needs to be down and tell other players... show more

If not for Mike, would Raheem even have the relevance to be on Cowherd's platform?

I wish he would have benched players that fumbled in enormous moments way before he did…

Like all them times you fumbled and lost us a game and he kept giving you the rock? I agree!

Funny because the only reason he thinks this is he was held accountable and benched after fumbling away crucial games that would go on to derail our season.

Raheem and his wife are both dumbass trump supporter retards, not gonna take much stock in what this guy says, even if I agree with him here. Dude forgot to check himself first

Look at all these regards attacking him, everyone knows he is telling the truth, we saw what it lead to.

He brought you to Miami and you turncoat on him like that..? I mean I wanted Mike gone, but this is lightweight shit @RMos_8Ball .. This is embarrassing and regardless of your fall out, you don’t do this. You rise above and just make no comment out of respect.. Lost all respect for Raheem and I liked him.

“I need someone to hold my hand to be accountable as a man”

Hes not saying anything we didnt already know. That being said, his career season was under McD and it is real nasty to start saying this now.

Players especially in Miami, need discipline. McDaniel couldn’t lead men.

Truth

raheem mostert had the best year of his career with mike mcdaniel as his head coach. is raheem forgetting? 😂😂😂

Did he need that when he had banner years in Miami? Maybe he needed someone to be harder on him for those fumbles.

Fanbase didn’t disappoint with the moronic responses. In mid-season form.

That means your players aren’t good enough leaders either to set the standard

There’s a special balance between being a players coach and being a disciplinarian. I don’t think Mike was able to find that balance.

He made no sense.

Who cares, he sucked and is gone. Shula was loved. But, also the most winning coach ever.

He also said that McD was approachable, players could talk to him, he'd listen, and he offered advice. Mostert wasn't bashing him during this interview, he was being honest about how he saw his strengths and weaknesses has a HC.

Mostert knew the drill I have the upmost respect for him and his contribution in his tenure at Miami. A class act all the way.

All this guy did was fumble the ball. Fuck outta here

He's saying what everyone already knows

Why did Mike have to lead or be a coach tha has to crack the whip. Get yo ass up and play ball. Your in the NFL why does someone have to keep you motivated or coach you hard. Damn.

What he saying does have weight. However, thats the entire point of getting that C patch on your chest. If you can’t hold your teammates accountable thats on you just as much as the Head Coach.

Lol the dude who was average scored 20 TDs in a season thanks to said huy he's ripping. Pathetic look

Soft, is he not a grown man?

Lol is this AI 😂😂

He wasn’t tough enough when he cut his fumbling ass?

When players would come in late to practice McD wouldn't say a word. That's when you've lost the locker room.

I mean self motivation and accountability should come into play for professional athletes. I get what he’s saying, but, this is a cop out for Raheem having a horrible season

So basically you’re saying NFL athletes don’t know how to be professional.

This fails the character test. Low class move.

Raheem talking like Mike didn’t give him a career
