This post combines two separate incidents from different periods, creating a misleading impression. The first video is from 2024, not a recent incident. In the second case, Railway acted promptly: medical assistance was provided, intensive rodent treatment undertaken, a ₹10,000 penalty imposed on the pest-control agency, and the concerned Primary Maintenance Railway Official suspended. Additional preventive measures have also been initiated. Indian Railways serves around 2 crore citizens every day. Fact-based, constructive criticism helps us identify gaps and improve. Misrepresentation only misleads the public.
