Railways in Pakistan.

You've heard of the underground railroad, this is the underwater railroad.

waiting for the thing to derail at any moment

It’s strange how the rail manages to stay stable while being submerged!

And in the UK a few leaves manage to cause chaos.

A single leaf on a South Eastern rail is enough to cancel the entire morning's trains, seriously delay the rest of the trains for that day & some the next morning, and cause havoc in train stations with overcrowding.
