Rain after unbearable heat is a confusing situation for Guwahati. While temp cools down, the roads go for a toss. Thankfully we have such officer from ⁦Guwahati Traffic Police⁩ who went beyond his duty, got down into the mud to fix a road and help the city residents drive safely.
