When she asked about getting her security deposit back, she was told she wouldn’t be getting the full amount, this upset her enough that she would go down there and try to plead her case to the landlord. For me when she mentioned how many properties he has, this backfired on her. I feel she thinks since he does well, she shouldn’t be charged anything, after seeing his pics of the condition she left the home in, I think I side with the Landlord, did she make a compelling case for you?
