Mo such thing as being done safely they can't control what a cell turns into once they do it so many different environmental things play into this that pop up out of no where I'm call BS that these companies know what's gonna happen lets see all the information on storms they created how many tornado pop up from cells they started they can't control how far or big whats the damage vs pros this stuff is responsible for

If the rain enhancement has been going on for so long then why don't we know more about this process? At the very least it needs to be suspended! 109 dead, 160+ still missing

I don’t think you need this, however, blasphemy of the H.S. Would be to reject Him to death. Rain modification does not inhibit the ability to receive the Lord.
