From the gridiron to the pasture!! 🏈🐄 It was an honor to visit my friend Joe Thomas at Hall of Fame Farms by Joe Thomas in Wisconsin and see the incredible work he and his team are doing to raise world-class beef. Joe started farming in the middle of his football career with just a few cows and a bull. What began as a passion project has grown into an incredible small processor operation shipping high-quality beef to families across the country.
