This shift manager at McDonald’s told this employee to clock out and go home. He’s upset and wants to know why. She told him to clean the lobby and she said it took him two hours, which was way too long. She said he was on his phone and another manager and herself both told him to get off his phone. She asked him “are you done?” And he told her “don’t talk to me like that.” 😳 She goes and tells the security guard to escort him out. He said “they pay me what they pay me and I move at my pace.”🤯 He said he doesn’t want to work nights. He said he’s going to sue her and he’s not going to let her treat him like a slave. 🙄 The majority of people said they support the manager and stand with her. As an employee, you work the schedule they give you and you stay off your phone. Don’t like it? Then don’t work there. She wanted him to work harder- what a concept. 💯 Who do you side with? Do you think because the pay is low that he shouldn’t bust his back working? Or do you agree with the manager that he’s lazy and should be sent home for being on his phone and talking to her like that?

I love Jamie, but this was unacceptable, you can’t undermine the manager, you weren’t forced to go to the WC & you were paid to train every day anyway, fact that he could go to the board to get himself a holiday is just mental #LCFC

For all the unwarranted bullshit fan media get I have to say this is brilliant from Stevie Four Lads Had A Dream. Holding him to account, calling him out and asking direct questions. The Manager: usual hot air, excuses and bullshit. He simply has to go. Well Done Stevie!

This gentleman was getting work don’t on his car, so he rented a car from Enterprise so he could get to work for the next few days. They were supposed to get him at 5pm, 5pm comes around and nobody came. He calls them at 5:10 to see what happened and if they were coming. He ended up having to get to Enterprise himself to speak to the manager, the manager claims he was being a jerk and tells him he won’t rent him a car and to leave. Considering the circumstances I thought the man was being calm. What would you do at this point?

These two old racist white women heard the manager of Burger King speaking Spanish to one of his employees & they decided to tell him that he needs to speak English or go back to his Country Mexico because this is America. He told them he’s an American & they’re ignorant & disrespectful & to leave because he’s calling the cops on them.

This gentleman went to get his oil changed at a quick oil change location and was refused due to his car leaking coolant. He then gets loud, claiming that the worker isn’t doing his job, and refuses to leave. He actually even ended up calling corporate to report the manager for not working on the car with a coolant leak. Should the manager have explained it better, it doesn’t seem like he understood why the manager refused?
