Im a Utd fan from OT and I worked for th club and even tho I dont agree with Rangnicks approach the fact it wasnt even considered and he was fired is exactly what I saw. Multiple ridiculous ideas and notions about the game. Didnt learn anything, left after few years involved.

Rangnick wanted to create a whole new identity and the club didn’t even listen to him because they thought 3/4 signings was enough. #MUFC

Arteta dropped Ozil, Auba, Lacazette, Pepe, Guendouzi, Mustafi, ... he cleaned the team from the heart, put players in there that trusted the project and after so many years won the title. Man utd didn't need to go that far, yet they are even further away from wining now ...
