Big respect to Ralph for raising this important issue. Sometimes we blame the government for everything, but as citizens, we must also accept PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. A footbridge has been provided to help us cross the road safely, yet people ignore it and risk their lives crossing through moving traffic. What really caught my attention was the woman Ralph showed using the footbridge while others continued crossing the road below. My humble question is: if the safe crossing has been provided and we deliberately refuse to use it, then unfortunately an accident happens, who should we blame the driver, the government, or ourselves? Development is not only about building infrastructure. Citizens must also learn to USE and PROTECT what has been provided. Thank you, Ralph, for continuing to challenge us. Sometimes the change Ghana needs must also begin with OUR OWN BEHAVIOUR.
