Oh baby Iโm about to take a trip this weekend

HELLO

Every review Iโve seen has been good. I follow her IG

Im gonna see her

So good def worth it you have to get a resy to it's only 8 seats in the restaurant

I'm taking that shit TA GO ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ

๐๐๐๐

@cierabyul Can we talk about how cozy it looks in there!! As if youโre in her home, in her kitchen and sheโs cooking you a warm cozy bowl of ramen! Iโd never wanna leave!

Iโve been trying for months. If you get in Ngl Iโm going to be the biggest hater.๐ญ๐ญ

๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ

Just saw this video. Going to visit immediately! Also I found a Mexican place by my apartment that does a Birria ramen with beef consommรฉ. I love NYC!

It is absolutely AMAZING if you can secure a reservation.......If you can then GO GO GO!!!!!

It's only by reservation ?! I don't see an option on maps

Reserve on Resy. New reservations are released at 9 AM on the 1st & 15th of each month.

Omg thank youuuuu

Set a calendar reminder for Feb 15 @ 9AM to log into Resy and book a reservation for MARCH....

๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ you a real one

@Invxsxble_Bxlly Lemme know when she pop out with that oxtail ramen ๐ฉ

I think her bar looks really beautiful and elegant. It looks like it's made of walnut and I love the alcove with the brass details

How is this not cultural appropriation. Ramen is japanese

You missed the fusion part

This is just me but not everything gotta be fusionโฆ im sure the food is yummy tho.

I mean there's more than enough regular versions out there especially in the city lol fusions allow people to try something different. I love them lol

I dont even know if there is authentic ramen over here in the state let alone tasting regular version of ramen. That one time i stayed over osaka airport and a local took me to a ramen shop and i realize that everything here in the state were americanize badly.

There's a BUNCH of authentic Ramen spots in nyc lol I'm aware certain things are American. Authenticity is everywhere, it may not be accessible to everyone everywhere for sure, but nyc definitely is not one of those places lol

obsessed with how homey the kitchen looks ๐ฅบ so inviting

@oliviasblowout For all who wanna support, you have to make a reservation WELL in advance bc sis is BOOOOKED and only seats by reservation! ๐ฅฐ

Yes. Iโve been! Delicious and great atmosphere.

I promise you some of the best ramen to be HAD ๐

Wait for me! ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ

Her reservations? My god

I ain't even have the option lol

They open twice a month and so far Iโve been missing my chance for the last 6 months๐ฉ

Maps said she's open Wed-Sun 9-5?? ๐ญ๐ญ

The name is so fly!!

This looks amazing thanks I must go there now! Asian Afro-Caribbean fusion been around for 200+yrs for folks crying appropriation. ๐Thatโs how Jamaica got curries and India got hot spices&everything in btwn. Working in Seoul 20yrs ago Korean Fried chicken changed my life.

Me too

I know there's a video about her place on youtube? I can't remember which channel.

This

Noooooo Iโve been fighting tooth and nail to get a reservation

๐ณ๐๐๐

Wait this is soooo nice. I love how it looks so homey. Itโs like youโre in her house kitchen โค๏ธ

Southern black/Japanese fusion with a European cafe inspired Japanese cafe inspired interior?? Okayyyy

I would love to try if someone ever get me to NYC ๐

Iโm visiting fam in New York soon, time to beg them endlessly to take me here YIPPEE

This I agree with this. I cannot cook my own cultural food when trying, but Italian dishes I seem to have a gift for them. When it comes to food, cook what you want.

U bih. Your intro sounded like u were degrading her not excited about ur 10 outta 10 experience.

Whereโs the man with the glasses
