Troopers say no one was seriously hurt in the crash. MSP told Fox9 that the driver showed "suspected signs of impairment." The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

This is crazy... I specifically like how the officers didn't pull in front of the car to try to stop it but allowed it to crash into an innocent bystanders car instead...🤨

They need to go back to school and learn how to stop vehicles before they cause more injuries. With that many squad cars and plenty of open road, they easily could have done a pit maneuver and stopped it before it got to that backed up traffic. DO BETTER!

If im the driver who got rear ended at the end I would sue the state and county for not taking out the driver. They literally waited until a citizen was hit. Medical emergency or not, that drivers life is not worth all the people's life that was endangered.
