In Bert’s honor, we are creating The BERT Foundation, starting with a $100,000 grant to help dogs in need around the world. But we’re not stopping there. We’re also commissioning a statue of Bert, a permanent tribute to his legacy and the movement he inspired. We’re also sharing something deeply personal: a raw, uncut video of Bert filmed by Kathy just one day before he passed. It’s real, heartfelt, and unfiltered, just as this project has always been. Bert deserves to be remembered exactly as he was, and we’re honored to share this moment with the world.
