Thank you for the update. But when will you be restoring block 10 Bellairs Drive? Our power has been off since Wednesday 17:45... what is the ETR?

We are unable to estimate, customers will be updated as and when information becomes available. ^MM

It has looked like this since Wednesday…

You say to give you more time… but then what happened between Wednesday 5pm and Friday morning 3am when you only started working on it.That means you ignored us and our class for almost 40 hours… shocking!

So much food is going to waste in a time when groceries are already so expensive!

Can we get an ETR for block 10 Northriding Bellairs Drive? Power has been off since Wednesday at 17:48. It's Friday almost 13:00. No ETR has been provided. If the technicians are qualified and know what they are doing (which clearly they do not), we should at least get an ETR.

I just drove past and there is not 1 person working at the site. Some are even sitting in the shade. What is actually going on…….
