One day I’ll have to tell my kids that my face card and body saved me from being brutally bullied by Twitter boys. 😭 Their favorite insults are “fat” and “ugly,” but unfortunately for them, neither applied. So I survived the trenches. 💅✨

🎥 Random video from my gallery while I was behind the camera : a man saving a fish 🐟❤️ To me, it shows that kindness still exists. What does this moment mean to you? 👇 Happy New Month, everyone! 😊

One of my proudest moments. Being flown to South Africa by my brother and kinsman Captain Japheth Okabo aka OJ and Captain Edema Aloysius. I thought I was the coolest Lango South of Karuma kumbe OJ Capt. Aloysius are flying planes. I might need to recalibrate my marking guide for coolest Lango!! Capt Aloysius was the President’s pilot for over 15 years. Amazing men with great experience. Btw it was always my dream to be a pilot and the nearest I came to this dream was when I was a turn boy on a fuso truck and my driver Katongole was called “pilot”. I was being primed to take over from Katongole. 🤣🤣 OJ makes me proud! I love to see brothers winning! Capt OJ and Capt. Aloysius, Apwoyo matek!! God speed 🙏🏿

imagine... you are on a dive off the hawaiian islands, a dream cone true... when suddenly, you see it... the terror of the deep... the fearsome mola mola... one such of thing as this happened to diver mark skidd of the uk, while on vacation on the big island. just seconds away from a near-certain death, mark let his instincts take control: "i just waved my arms around, shouted— tried to get the thing to see me as a threat. that was all i could do." luckily, mark's quick thinking saved his life. shortly after hearing his british accent, the predatory mola mola became quite disgusted by the idea of consuming him, and swam off elsewhere to seek more "edible" prey. mark may have been lucky, but for those of you unfortunate enough to find yourself in his position, remember: to come face to face with a mola mola could spell certain death. always dive in groups of 4 or more people, and make sure to bring safety-rated flashbulbs certified for 30+ seconds of incapacitation. remember: in the event of a mola mola attack, every second counts. don't let yourself become the next victim. I have triumphed… and I returned with flour. After 24 hours of waiting among the destroyed homes, in front of tanks, under a merciless sky… I slept on the sand, hearing death whisper in my ear, drawing so close… I could almost touch it. But as I told you, I had sworn—I would not return empty-handed. I would not come back without something to feed my children… not while their eyes were still waiting for me. And now, by the grace of God, I survived. I returned from the jaws of death… and I brought with me something simple—half a bag of flour. Yes… just flour. But to me, it was life itself. A lifeline for me and my family. I saw many fall before me. I heard their last cries. I could do nothing. I walked on fear, through rubble and dust, among broken dreams and scattered limbs. I hid from snipers… ran from tanks. But now I’m here. Alive. And I saw Adam—my child. I held him as if I was holding the whole world. I didn’t think I would make it back… but I did. Because I love them more than I fear death. For them… I risked everything. I endured. And I survived.

Childhood in Gaza is stolen every single day, yet despite deprivation and suffering, the innocence and humanity of our children remain alive. The world has abandoned us to face a machine of war that burned everything, destroyed our homes, took countless innocent lives, and left wounds in our hearts that will never heal. The pain of betrayal crushes us with every breath. My son Hani watches his little brother Tim suffer from high fever and severe nausea caused by a dangerous virus spreading with no medicine and no proper care, while life-saving drugs are deliberately kept from entering Gaza. All my child could do was try to protect his brother with makeshift masks and desperate alternatives that can never replace treatment. I write with my heart before my pen, pleading with every compassionate soul in this world: please save my son Tim, help me afford his costly treatment, for my entire life depends on keeping him alive. Please help me through the link below by donating, even a little. Your little means life for my child Tim, and it makes the difference between losing him or keeping him alive. 💔🙏 🔗 [ ]
