🚨 Randy Fine Tries to Kill Private Process Servers After Viral Video of Him Hiding Under his Desk from One 🚨 State Senator Randy Fine has filed Senate Bill 826, which would eliminate private process servers in Florida, making it significantly harder for people to be legally served in civil cases. This move has raised major concerns about accountability and access to justice. Why does this matter? Fine himself made national headlines last year when he was caught on video HIDING UNDER HIS DESK at his state representative office to avoid being served for a deposition. Instead of facing legal proceedings like everyone else, Fine dove under his desk and later told law enforcement in a sworn statement he feared for his life, claiming he thought Hamas had come to kill him. He then tried to have criminal charges filed against the process server, the attorney, Jennifer Jenkins, and Robert Burns over the issue. None of which happened. His own legislative aide contradicted him, stating in her own sworn statement that she wasn’t afraid at all and that they regularly pretend no one is in the office to avoid unwanted visitors. Her complaint was that the incident prohibited her from making her daily call to family in Russia from the legislative office which is another matter of concern. Fine then tells law enforcement he was hiring attorney Alan Landman to get out of the depositions. He ended up having to sit for both of them. However, he paid Landman from his campaign finances after admitting it had nothing to do with his office or campaign. That resulted in an ethics complaint for which he is scheduled to have a probable cause hearing in April as well as an ongoing felony criminal investigation for illegally using campaign finances for private attorney fees. Now, just months later, Fine is pushing a bill that would make it even harder for people like him to be held accountable in legal cases. 📽️ Watch the video of Fine hiding from a process server, then read the bill for yourself: 🔗 Link to the bill SB 826 Link to Fine’s sworn statement to BCSO: Link to his Russian assistant’s sworn statement: What do you think? Should politicians get to change the law to avoid being served? 💬⬇️

Officers from the Fort Myers Police Department in Florida were dispatched to a local Hooters restaurant. The manager had called the police to request that a male customer be formally trespassed from the property. According to the manager, the customer had been causing a disturbance the previous week by "running his mouth" to staff and other patrons. Although he was asked to leave multiple times during that prior incident, he initially refused, only fleeing when the manager went inside to call the police. One week later, the man returned to the restaurant, prompting management to call law enforcement to have him officially banned. When officers approached the man at the bar, they informed him that management wanted him trespassed. The situation quickly became tense as the customer grew highly argumentative. He began hurling verbal insults at the business manager. He repeatedly questioned why he was being forced to leave and continues to cause a disturbance. The officers repeatedly warned him to calm down, settle his tab, and stop creating a disturbance, noting that his disruptive behavior could escalate the situation into an arrest for causing a scene or breach of peace. After the man finally handed over his information to settle his bill and process the trespass warning, officers ran his name through their database. The system flagged an active, outstanding county warrant for his arrest. When officers went to place him in handcuffs, the man was shocked, repeatedly asking what the warrant was for. Officers informed him that the system indicated a charge related to the illegal possession of a firearm. The man strongly denied the charge, claiming: He had never been stopped or caught with a firearm. He did not own any firearms. He had an employee waiting outside who could drive his work truck home. The responding officers maintained a professional demeanor, explaining that while the warrant was confirmed in their system, a secondary verification process—including a fingerprint match—would be conducted at the county booking facility to ensure he was indeed the correct individual listed on the warrant. He was then placed into the police cruiser and transported to jail. There are no current public updates to this arrest available.

A 28-year-old man allegedly strangled his four-month pregnant wife to death before dying by suicide at their residence in Bengaluru’s CK Achukattu area on Wednesday, police said. The deceased have been identified as Manoj (28) and his wife Swapna (26), natives of Uttar Pradesh who had been living in Bengaluru for several years. According to police, Manoj worked as a carpenter, while Swapna was a homemaker. The couple had been married for three years and were living with Manoj’s parents. Preliminary investigations suggest the incident may have been triggered by a domestic dispute. Police suspect that Manoj and Swapna had an argument at their home before the deaths. The police said Manoj allegedly strangled Swapna using a nylon rope that was reportedly used as a leash for the family’s pet dog. After allegedly killing his wife, he is believed to have used the same rope to hang himself from a ceiling fan. Police said Swapna was four months pregnant at the time of her death. The incident reportedly took place around 10.30 am. Authorities were alerted after family members discovered the couple and informed the police. Officers visited the scene, conducted an inspection and registered a case. The bodies have been shifted to KIMS Hospital for post-mortem examination. Police officials said further investigation is underway to determine the exact circumstances that led to the incident. They also noted that Manoj had reportedly not been attending work for the past four days. The case is being investigated as a suspected murder-suicide, pending the results of the post-mortem and forensic examination.
