Do you even know the reality of Punjab’s agriculture? Being a farmer let me tell you! Only around 3% of Punjab’s cropped area is under sugarcane and maize, while nearly 85% is dominated by wheat and paddy. With just around 3% of Punjab’s cropped area under sugarcane and maize, and virtually no farm machinery running on petrol, how exactly does a Punjab farmer benefit from ethanol-blended petrol? Yet a handful of people are being projected as if they represent every farmer in Punjab. These are the same vested interests that damaged the credibility of the farmers’ movement earlier, and now they’re again trying to speak for all Punjab farmers. With elections approaching, it’s hard not to question who benefits from this narrative. Want farmers to shift to maize or sugarcane? Then who will pay for the additional investment? A farmer would need to spend roughly ₹3–10 lakh on a maize harvester and another ₹7–10 lakh on specialised sugarcane trolly equipment. That’s an additional investment of ₹10–15 lakh only just on equipment only to wait an entire year for a sugarcane crop and see ruining the cars? On top of that, a large share of Punjab’s agricultural land simply isn’t well suited for sugarcane cultivation. Please stop these misleading promotions and the false impression that they represent Punjab’s farmers!! 🙏🏻

We had received reports of cheating from two places. They were scanning the papers digitally with a Bluetooth pen and sending them out. This is an advertisement created by the Bhagwant Mann govt but shamefully major news channels Like ABP News हिन्दी ख़बर | Hindi Khabar 🇮🇳 TV9 Bharatvarsh News24 are presenting them as 'news reports.' This is how the Bhagwant Mann govt is squandering hundreds of crores of Punjab's tax money every month on these advts that resemble news reports in both print & electronic media. They are misleading other states or we could say the entire country, by claiming achievements in Punjab that haven't even begun. In addition to these misleading ads, it's now being reported that the AAP Punjab government is providing substantial sums to their 'selective' news channels under the guise of producing these ads. They never disclose these expenses in response to RTIs. This government came to power in the name of RTI and transparency, but currently, both are in a dire state because they've managed to control nearly 80% of news channels and newspapers through these ads, financial packages and attempts to influence other media outlets by any means necessary. Punjab Edu. Minister Harjot Singh Bains called himself a student of Arvind Kejriwal's School of Politics.I am sure he is, because he himself is a liar & a fake guarantee giver like kejriwal. After a lot of protests last year in September Harjot Singh Bains promised computer teachers that CSR rules & the 6th Pay Commission would be implemented on 6640 computer teachers from Diwali 2022. This was propagated as a Diwali gift to these teachers by Bhagwant Mann govt & they ran a campaign on this from official handles. EM Harjot Singh Bains himself showed up in video & also wrote from his own handles. Forget last diwali ,now the next Diwali is about to come, but no CSR rules and 6th Pay Commission have been applied to these 6640 teachers. These campaigns from official handles were just eyewash & lies. I am sure all of this fraud Harjot Bains learned from Arvind Kejriwal . Bhagwant Mann led Punjab govt should fulfill their guarantee given to these teachers & refrain from making fake promises just for their PR & fake campaigns in other states. #Punjab #AAP #FakeGuarantees

The actual communal ruler of Punjab Arvind Kejriwal and his gang of non Punjabis have finally and unashamedly shown their true dictatorial colours and brought back the dark memories of the worst draconian days of the EMERGENCY. They have fallen back on repression as the last resort taken by all unpopular and rootless leaders. Not even during Emergency or during the Jaitu da Morcha were the Sikhs stopped from even going to their sacred shrines as Akali workers and I were stopped today from peacefully reaching and gathering at our Gurdham Gurdwara Sri Amb Sahib, Mohali and instead arresting all of us. I WELCOME MY ARREST. THIS RUNS IN MY BLOOD. But I warn the govt against the arrest of our peaceful Akali workers. This is a broad daylight murder of democracy, civil liberties and human rights. Where are the champions of human rights today? Kejriwal is resorting to these repressive and dictatorial measures just to divert people’s attention away from the loot of Punjab and Punjabis by outsiders. Shiromani Akali Dal will not only fight this loot of the resources of our state and our people but also stand by the people who are enduring this dictatorial misrule of AAP. I accept the challenge thrown to all Punjabis by this govt of non-Punjabis and their puppets. Vendetta is much more sinister and evil than repression: it is a cover for the loot of Punjab and Punjabis by outsiders. We will fight it to the finish. 🚩
