I think you should have included AltHype's argument about the German's having physical access to less than 6M news in total

I didn't come across that one, but it sounds like a convincing argument if it's true!

Alt Hype did have a doc explaining somewhere but I couldn't find it. He goes through the data about 5 mins into this livestream though.

i disagree on the Hitler speech as well as the survivor one. hitler speech was 1939, before the holocaust so to me it just sounds like hitler was saying a war would cause the destruction of jews, not that germany would execute them. People die in war as just casualties. This...

You may be right. That was one of the trickier choices.

Hi CK. I understand that Zyklon was required for fumigation. There are published statistics for the amount Germany was producing but it seems odd that between 1942-4 camps such as Buchenwald and Dachau received around 500kg per year but Auschwitz required (altogether) 24 tonnes. Of course, Auschwitz was bigger but delousing a camp of 100k required ~100–200 kg/year. Auschwitz's 1943 intake alone, was 60x larger. How can that be explained? I have the receipts if you wish me to produce them.

Yes please. I remember David Irving saying he thought a few hundred thousand disabled people might have been gassed there, but in rooms other than the gas chambers. I'll add your source to the updates and corrections part of the doc if it looks good!

I did not know that Irving suggested a "few hundred thousand disabled people might have been gassed there" (at Auschwitz). These are the sort of throwaway statements that instead of clarifying a position, expose the chilling psychopathic cruelty of a regime which began by building Autobahns and ended, threatening the destruction of everything with any value in Germany, Der Nerobefehl. The evidence for the disproportionate distribution of Zyklon to Auschwitz, comes form German sources: Incidentally, There are other documents showing the Zyklon B destined for the camps, was specifically ordered without a tear gas ingredient (ethyl bromoacetate), designed to warn "delousers" there had been a spillage of a lethal poison. Why would they do that?

Thanks Martin. Do you know if a document exists, which was written during the war and shows some of the same numbers? Those would be better than a document from a post-war trial. I asked chatgpt and it told me that such wartime documents do exist but when I asked it to link them to me, it started getting flustered.

Hi CK. I agree that to avoid prejudicial suspicions, it is always best to use the German manufacturers own data and they are usually Teutonically precise. I did most of my research on this subject at uni, years before ChatGPT was imagined. Peter Hayes has done a lot of work in the German archives to publish data on the way that industry supported the regime. His figure of 21.65 tonnes of Zyklon B sent to Auschwitz between 1942-45, is similar to the Nuremberg court documents that mention 24 tonnes. this is still vastly more than other camps and far more than required to fumigate clothes and buildings "Hayes, Peter (2004). From Cooperation to Complicity: Degussa in the Third Reich"

You have been fair with me CK but I have to be honest and state I believe the massive excess of Zyklon B shipped to Auschwitz, was because the SS were using it to kill a million people! I am an ethnonationalist, so we probably agree on a lot of politics. I also believe that everything the painter warned about in his book, is far worse now, than when he was speaking in the 1930's. Germany went through a revolutionary phase where fanaticism counted more than any rational view of the world. It became entirely irrational when it believed it could defeat the rest of the planet. Afterwards, the entire concept of a national identity for us, was slowly poisoned and we are living in the ruins of a civilisation that has lost all faith in itself. I don't see there is any problem with admitting the Germans fought a cruel war of genocide and that has nothing in common with my preference to live in a nation with people who share my ethno-cultural identity. David Irving also believed the Germans murdered millions of Jews and that makes him the strongest advocate to acknowledge the appalling crimes of the NSDAP.

I agree that the cookie monster thing is very easily undermined, but there are substantive proofs against the cremation claims that people could read and use. E.g. Auschwitz only received 607 t of coke during a period when it would have required 3,819 t.

Another F- believer argument is that it was actually 11 million deaths. 6 million Js and 5 million non-Js, and so we should care more Lots of American school textbooks taught the 11 million number, so learning that Wiesenthal literally made it up is very reality-shattering
