@crazedanime_ @retro_twt People hating on the remake clearly didnt watch the original or are blinded by rose tinted glasses of nostalgia. The problem with the original was the terrible pacing, the unnecessary filler and eventual drop in quality later in the anime.

@crazedanime_ huh, didn't realize how comical the approach was in the manga and the old anime. The remake definitely did it better at pulling the emotional heartstrings

@crazedanime_ Earlier search part from the remake is not here anyway remake clears both but alot of these folks here calling it garbage I don't understand, are they blind?

@crazedanime_ The remake handles better this scene, in the original Some of the dramatic scenes are hurt by some unnecessary joke or the soundtrack did not complement the scene, but in the remake the dramatic moments are better handled and there is a feeling of urgency or it just hits better
