Ransom 1996

He was trying to warn us about how the craziest criminals of all are actually running the police/govt/military/etc

I love people like this man. I hate it when human garbage gets what they want.

Such a shame Hollywood ostracized Mel Gibson, think of all the blockbusters he could've saved. So excited for The Resurrection of the Christ! 🙏

I can still see the “gimme back my son!” part from the trailer and I haven’t seen the trailer since I was a kid 😆

I remember watching this on VHS as a really little kid, my parents had it for some reason, but I'll never forget the scene where the kid pees himself upon hearing Gary Sinise's voice

No way a father will risk his son's life for money he can afford to pay

Love love this movie and its cast. Mel Gibson, Gary Sinise, Delroy Lindo, Renee Russo, Donnie Wahlberg

After his retirement from the police, and the death of his partner Murtaugh due to cancer, Riggs’ entered the airline business and had his son kidnapped for ransom…

Thank you 😊 for title and year! Awesome movie

Can’t look at Mel Gibson w/o picturing his unhinged appearance of Joe Rogan.

After that gunshot on the phone, I'd raise the bounty by saying Ill give a reward 30% ownership of my airline. Yeah buddy, now the whole world's will track you down.

Mel Gibson turning a kidnapping ransom into a public televised bounty on the kidnappers remains one of the boldest thriller plot twists ever filmed. Pure desperation makes legends. Who directed Ransom?

Mel gibson is The only one I actually trust in HW

Mel Gibson isn't one to mess with

US #hr

Jesus!! I gotta watch this.

Take the fucken drum snap out your video, it’s killing my high

Ransom is top 10 EVER. My dad still yells the “gimme back my son” til this day when he’s drunk.

Bud didn’t have to plant the gun. Was coming right at him with a lethal weapon

GIVE ME BACK MY SON

Fantastic movie. The passion really came through!

it's weird seeing Gary as a bad guy

Absolutely love this movie!

David Brin's Earth (1990) set in 2038 had studios editing classic movies down to 15 minutes because of short attention spans. We got there early.

Gibson was a star of 90s cinema

@jimrome THIS is where the line comes from ???

Highly underrated movie
