Sounds to me like they want to get all the pubs closed? They wanted to ban smoking in pub gardens a while ago didn't they. No point going the pub if we can't chew the fat.

When I was a kid, a local Irish man would be greeted by English men with “Top of the morning to ya”. He would reply with the same words. Those very same English men would be arrested today. Pathetic.
