I saw Quiet Riot in 1984. They opened for Black Sabbath at the Philadelphia spectrum.

If Randy had only lived 3 more weeks, before his untimely death, He would have been 10 times even more famous and Eddie Van Halen would have been even better since quite a few Guitar Gods were in the pipeline to give Eddie a run for his money. Sadly its not the case. RIP Randy

Wow, I just learnt something. I was not aware he was part of Quiet Riot. I had their first three albums on cassette back in the early 80's when they came out. But never knew the names of the band members. Loved their music and still listen to it. Mental Health great album.
