🚨 WEIGH IN 33 🚨 •290.8 pounds (ATH 530+ pounds) •Frank has lost 250+ pounds •We’ve officially hit the “Diet Wall” Any health journey will have setbacks, include moments of adversity, and ultimately hit walls. Frank’s journey is no different. The important thing is how you RESPOND to setbacks or moments of stagnation, opposed to wallowing in it. Frank has bounced between 278-292 pounds over the last 6 months. His step count remains well over 20K per day and he has been lifting weights 3X per week since Arnold taught him how over Christmas break. Frank has put on significant muscle and looks great, but he can still lower his BMI. And he’ll need to before going forward with a potential skin removal procedure. To break through the wall of this current 278-290 pound plateau, Frank must level up his discipline on diet. The good news is Frank is completely honest about his eating habits and owns it when he messes up. No excuses. No denial. We have talked it out at length how Frank is learning the hard way that at a certain point, you can’t out walk or out lift a bad diet. The challenge going forward is Frank channeling the ferocious discipline he has applied to his exercise regiment and to his diet. Frank will never be a salad guy (or humus) but he knows he can make better decisions throughout the day and night from baseline meals to snacks to drink choices. This wall is going to be extremely hard to break though, but I know Frank can do it. Just gotta take that sledgehammer and start swinging. The first few hits might not even make a dent, but with consistent pressure and focus THE WALL WILL FALL. Time to lock in. Anudder weigh in in the books

Rasmr explains why the buy-and-hold meme coin era is dead "If I want my chat to be good at trading, I have to tell them to sell. I have to be honest and say guys, everything is dog shit, you can trade in and out, but you should sell. And people get mad at me for it. How am I the bad guy if I want my chat to not lose all their money?" "Last cycle was the cycle of Murad. Buy and hold, believe in it, it's a movement. That was fundamentally bad advice and many people lost. I'm a trader now, hate all you want, but I won't be round tripping $600k on MOODENG this time. I'll win because of it, and my community will too." "There's always some guy with a wife and kids and a 9 to 5 saying just buy and hold, I don't have time to trade meme coins. Bro it's a fucking PvP arena. The guy that's doing it all day 24/7 is going to out trade you."

Rasmr reveals how Frank accidentally found $MEME AT an $80K market cap after deciding to buy random coins under $100K “I FaceTimed Frank that day. He hadn’t been paying attention to the chain for about two days because he was busy. He called me and said, ‘Bro, I feel like I’m washed. I have no idea what the fuck is going on onchain.’” “He said, ‘I’m just going to bid a bunch of dogshit under $100K and dust it in my wallet.’ I was like, ‘Okay, weird strategy, bro. You do you.’. That day, he fucking bought $AMC at an $80K market cap.”

My opinion>> The same way people tell women to face their cheating husbands instead of attacking side chicks, is the same way Frank Edoho should have faced his wife instead of going after Chike. If your partner cheats, the main issue is with your partner first, not the third party. Frank Edoho ex wife, Sandra didn’t call or go after his side chicks, so why did frank put himself in a position where he ended up embarrassing himself like that? If frank ex wife, Sandra had agreed to stay, he likely would have moved past everything because of the financial comfort involved. Frank is a gold digger and a real gold digger🍭

Luca reveals he regrets not standing up for Frank “I'm actually really disappointed to myself, for not standing up for him. I didn't want to insert myself into the fire as the leader, then bring them in the fire with me.” “One of the greatest drawbacks of me being in this business is me having to bite my tongue for the greater good of the business and the community.” “Frank being one of them, because as a friend I should have stood behind Frank the whole way and went down with him, that's what a good friend would have done, that's what I should have done.” “But (instead) I put my business over my friendship with him.”

Fake Pastor Frank Turek is out here looking like a total fool and a liar, straight-up contradicting himself in these videos. The level of lying from Frank Turek is honestly not very "Christian-like." This is exactly what evil does — keep lying to justify or cover up something really bad. You’re not fooling anyone, Frank. We see you. 👀

The part of Frank Booth in "Blue Velvet" (1986) was initially offered to Willem Dafoe, Harry Dean Stanton, Steven Berkoff, Richard Bright and Michael Ironside. Some of them turned down the role as they felt the character was violent. One day, Dennis Hopper called David Lynch and said, "David, you have to let me play Frank because I am Frank'." That phone call scared the hell out of David Lynch and so Hopper was cast in the movie. David Lynch on the character of Frank Booth: ""Frank is totally in love. He just doesn't know how to show it. He may have gotten into some strange things but he's still motivated by positive things." Frank, to me, is a guy Americans know very well. I'm sure most everybody growing up has met someone like Frank. They might not have shook his hand and gone out for a drink with him, but all you've got to do is exchange eye contact with someone like that and you know that you've met him." (Quote taken from thecityofabsurdity(dot)com) P.S: Remembering Dennis Hopper on his 90th birthday!

"The one thing I do want to say is that we got the Frank Miller American Genius documentary will be available to rent or buy on August 11th, pre-ordered on Apple TV, so go do that immediately...And also, I want to say a huge thank you, not just for this moment with Frank, but then I owe, you know, a ton of what I've done in my career to Frank. You know, a lot of my point of view, a lot of my views of mythology have been shaped by the work that he's done, so just huge thanks from me sincerely to you, brother. Like, again, not worthy, so thank you again. And thanks guys for listening. Thank you all."

Sturm on where Minten is in his growth in his first full pro season: "Sometimes it just takes time...I think he just has to grow. He's not a man yet, I think he's still a kid, and you can see it in his face. I think as soon as he gets a little bit bigger, I think then automatically he's going to get faster too. I think he has really good speed, and I think that's something he's going to get better at. Faceoffs, that's something we need him big time because he's going to kill for us, and we want him to be on power play too. "So there's a lot of little things I would say, but I'm not concerned, because the things you can't teach, he has it."

FRANK TUREK & THE MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARING FACETIME (and why it matters) First, the facts: You can clearly see Dan Flood's arm & bracelet on Frank Turek's phone screen. It's not possible that it is a reflection nor can it be direct filming from Frank's phone, which eliminates FaceTime. The only alternative is a separate video feed streaming through Frank's phone. I theorize it's from a little drone zipping around, but I'm not married to that idea. Regardless, this video evidence must be grappled with. It's definitive. I'm not saying Frank has committed a crime. Streaming a feed isn't a crime. I'm not saying that it even has anything to do with death of Charlie. What I *AM* saying is that Frank alleged he was on FaceTime and that's simply incompatible with the video. This discrepancy must be resolved. Details matter. At least 3 other reasons this matters: 1. Frank alleged his phone was stuck on FaceTime in his back pocket until he was back at the hotel after being at the hospital for hours! But if it wasn't on FaceTime, what was really going on that whole time? Why did he claim that? 2. Who was controlling that feed? Is there a recording? It could contain important evidence to help solve the crime. 3. If it was a drone, why was it there, and who was controlling it? Not Frank. Not the security team. Not Mikey. Not Terryl. Not Blake. Who? This video evidence could end up being a nothing-burger, or it could be the tip of a massive iceberg. That's why I keep hammering it. Like, retweet, comment:

This might be the coldest way a movie has ever explained a murder. Frank doesn’t just tell us that Joey Gallo is going to die, he walks us through the preparation like he’s explaining something completely ordinary. The guns. The noise. The location. Joey feeling safe. The bodyguard. Even the bathroom. Every detail has a purpose. And that’s what makes Frank terrifying: there’s no hatred in his voice, no excitement, no hesitation. Just calculation. Scorsese makes you hear the murder being planned before you watch it happen and by the time Frank walks into that restaurant, you already know exactly how bad the night about to get.🎬🍿

Frank Slootman’s advice for founders learning to be CEO Founders frequently ask Frank (former CEO of Snowflake), “Do you think I can be a CEO?” Frank responds with a question: “Do you want to be?” He explains: “If you want to be, you need to become a student of the role because it’s different.” One of the biggest differences in transitioning to being an “operating CEO” is that a founder’s “reality distortion field” becomes a liability. Frank explains: “Reality distortion is a very useful thing. Steve Jobs wouldn’t have done anything if he didn’t have reality distortion — you have to see the world differently, and you wouldn’t start a company if you didn’t have reality distortion. But when you start running a place for scale and breakout velocity, you need intellectual honesty.” He continues: “You need to see the world the way it really is… Not some version of the truth. And by the way, it’s hard. You have to drive for that intellectual honesty with everything.” A lack of intellectually honesty is where Frank sees a lot of founders go wrong: “They can’t handle the truth. When they have sales problems, it’s always, ‘Oh let’s get a new Sales VP.’ Well, maybe the product sucks. But that’s a conversation they don’t want to have.” Video source: Foundation Capital (2024)

MEGYN KELLY: "I desperately want Erika to not be the CEO of Turning Point just because I just want to save her from this. It's not that she hasn't done a great job. It's just... I feel like if she would just stop that a lot of this would go away and I would like to see her spared it and you can't stop people on the internet from saying what they're going to say. But my second thought on it, Frank, is that with every attack that's launched on her, she becomes a greater superhero because she she doesn't bow to it."

Imagine driving through a school zone with a phone in your hand. 👮 It's not as rare as you might think, according to Frank Sloup, known online as "Fridays with Frank," a Pinal County Sheriff’s Office deputy famous for his viral traffic stop videos and candid conversations with drivers. "It's a violation that we see a lot," Frank tells Arizona’s Morning News on 92.3. "Distracted driving obviously is a big catalyst of collisions on open roadways, and would be even more so in a school zone, so when we see it, we address it."

THE PUNISHER: ONE LAST KILL(2026)🎥🎥 RATING: 9.0⭐⭐ What I like about this movie is that Frank doesn’t suddenly become heroic because someone asks him to. He reacts because innocent people are getting dragged into a war that was supposed to be about him. That feels very true to the Punisher. he can accept people coming for him, but once civilians start paying the price, something in him switches. At the same time, the scene definitely pushes the “Frank can survive anything” idea a little too far. Getting thrown off a rooftop, crashing down, and still having enough left to keep going is pure comic-book logic. But that’s also why it works if you’re already invested in the character. One Last Kill seems to understand that Frank is at his best when the violence has a reason behind it, not when he’s just shooting people for spectacle. Brutal, exaggerated, but still worth watching if you like the darker side of Marvel

Blog 52 🚨 Frank health update 🚨 Today, Frank and I went for our 32nd consecutive walk. We thought this would be a good milestone to review Frank’s health progress. Since we’ve started walking (32 days): ◦Weight loss: 361 down from 372 ◦Steps per day: 13K per day up from 5K per day ◦Sugar levels: Reached and maintained staying in “Green Zone” for two weeks going (was RARELY ever in green zone before) ◦Belt: Frank was forced to buy a new tighter belt ◦Energy: Frank feels improved daily energy ◦Stamina: Walks continue to increase in distance and pace with decreasing breaks ◦Pacing to lose 100-150 pounds in next 12 months This update is great, but it is only the start. The keys are consistency and enjoying the process to make the lifestyle change sustainable. You can tell from the video that Frank is not even close to satisfied. Frank once weighed 500 pounds and had a waist size of 69. He is unflappable in his commitment of never going back. Everyone’s encouragement has been absolute rocket fuel. Thank you, Tank’s Army. Today we did walk 32 at the St. Peter’s church in the rain. Frank’s Great Grand Mudder is buried there. The weather made it tough but we powered through and even stopped by Staples to hit our step count. We are now back at Frank’s and we are getting ready to watch the Dolphins and then head to the Devils game. It is a chaotic day. Thank you again to everyone supporting Frank as he pushes himself everyday to get healthier. It feels like we are all in it togedder. Anyone struggling to get a new routine going, try going for 1 walk and building from there. Rome wasn’t built in a day and something is always better than nothing. Thank you MikeyBets for coming up with this idea and pushing me to get us going. Anudder ♾️ days of walks 😤 coming right up.
