Fortunately, she did not fall completely otherwise, the consequences could have been extremely serious or even fatal. This kind of carelessness by the authorities puts innocent lives at risk. Not a single policeman within miles… No road markings, potholes, bad roads, But Nobody crossing to wrong side. This is also India and they are also Indians.
