So many wrong things, what you need to do: Dig hole deeper w/ angled bottom, mark areas for utilities. Layer Big to small rocks & sand, then compact. Do floor & Walls, install some utility parts. Place containers, add ceiling support, cement & Sod Finish install.

The wood ceiling with dirt and grass on top is not going to last long.
