Probably this sort of treatment from a host state has never been extended to a visiting Foreign Minister of any country. #India had always considered #Pakistan as a legitimate party to #JammuAndKashmir dispute in the past. But it seems those times are over now. There is no doubt that only India and the people of #JammuKashmir are two parties to this dispute.
