Now you can run HTML/JS/WebGPU app as native apps on macOS/Windows/Linux without any code change, no WebView or browser required, improved performance and much lower memory usage. Here is pure native web app running on macOS. Powered by WerbScene.

Last night, I said if Electron can beat Tauri this badly, native should be disgusting. Well... the results for the GPUI version of @Cap are in😲 GPUI vs Tauri: 77% lower CPU. 88% less memory. GPUI vs Electron: 67% lower CPU. 57% less memory. Yes. Native is disgusting.

I’m trying to make the best git / diff / PR review app for macOS. It’s already FAST AF 🔥 30MB, low memory usage, loads any repo instantly, full syntax highlighting. Using React Native macOS for the best performance. v1 coming soon! What would make this the best app for your?

Seriously though, React Native apps can be faster than native apps 🔥. I'm making a React Native macOS diffing app that git diffs a folder, and renders and syntax highlights it, in 200ms. And look at that scrolling perf 😍 "React Native is slow" is wrong.
