@DaitaroK Marvelous demonstration of your expertise and comfort with #TDADR. I have a few questions. Can you describe your IVUS set up? How much do you predate the EP channel to accommodate the IVUS? Also, what wires do you typically go with? Do you jump straight to a Conquest?

@DaitaroK Ensure that there is enough EP to perform IVUS adequately. Select STAR if necessary. I do not hesitate to make EP distally. If #TDADR , ST . If #TDHDR , GAIA or ST

@realarainmd @DaitaroK This is really superhero stuff.

@realarainmd @DaitaroK My first thought when I read the HDR paper was that it can be difficult to tell if your wire is the vessel structure if just advanced a few mm, and one should never advance a MC unless 100% sure that wire is in the vessel structure.

@realarainmd @DaitaroK Fantastic demo as usual. I just wondering in that ambiguous vessel course why not select UB3 as the 1st GW (to have IP tactile feeling) instead of G2.

@realarainmd @DaitaroK Before adopting #HDR, UB3 is 1st choice. Now #conrast1st strategy is my priority. So need to puncture GAIA

@realarainmd @DaitaroK It's hard to say anything after a service like this... there are no words when faced with such complexity and such a brilliant result.
