Fitness Update: End of 3 months of Bulking. Starting a 3 month cut tomorrow, my last cut of 2026. I lost about 50 pounds from January 2025 till the end of March 2026 with a 13 month straight cut aided by Retatrutide and Tirzepatide. Counted calories and ran a deficit and lifted weights the whole time. My body needed a break and a reset from the stress of cutting for that long and constant downregulating of my metabolism. I decided to take April off and just do more calories and more lifting, and that turned into deciding to do May and June as well. So for 3 months straight I've been eating a lot more and lifting a LOT. I've gained about 5 pounds. Abs are not very visible anymore. But I've put on some muscle and strength as well and increased my base metabolic rate by several hundred calories. This is positioning me to be able to better be able to run a deficit again and continue into another cut with more energy and success possible. So this is me thicc boi mode ready to start a cut and get lean and mean. I'm sitting at ~195 right now and ~16-18% body fat. Goal of my cut is to get to the 180 or so range over the next 3 months and be in the 12-13% BF range, at which point I'll do a slow patient bulk through Oct-January and enjoy the fall and Holidays with lots of calories and strength training. Starting tomorrow I'm going to add 30-45 minutes of daily fasted zone 2 cardio first thing in the morning to burn an extra 150-300 cals. And I will drop my daily calorie allowance about 400 calories from what I've been eating the last few months. (2500-2800 down to 2200 to start, lowering later to 2100 and 2000 lowest if necessary to keep rate of loss where I want) This should get me the 1+ pound per week rate of loss I'm looking for. And I'll continue to prioritize lifting and protein as well to preserve the muscle mass I've built up and get as much of the loss to be fat as possible. I'm also going zero alcohol the whole cut as well. If I execute well, I'll be by far the fittest and leanest I've ever been at the end of September and I'm excited to see what that looks and feels like when I get there. Going from 70+ pounds overweight to building your dream physique isn't a quick process, people. Give yourself a couple of years to work on it systematically. It took you years to get out of shape, so you can take a couple years to get into great shape. But once you're there it's easier to stay there than it was to get there thankfully. The work continues. Our staff at CMS told me they’ve never seen anything like this in Medicaid — and everyone from Gov. Tim Walz on down needs to be investigated, because they’ve been asleep at the wheel. Based on what we know now, this is a clear dereliction of duty. First, the facts: In recent years, Minnesota Medicaid launched several new programs, including Housing Stabilization Services, which helped disabled homeless individuals, and Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention, which reimbursed therapy costs for families with autistic children. Some bad actors in Minnesota’s Somali community decided to game the system. And when they got away with it, they decided to go bigger. The housing program was supposed to cost $2.6 million dollars annually. Last year, it paid out over $100 million. The autism program ballooned from $3 million in 2018 to nearly $400 million in 2023. These scammers used stolen taxpayer money to buy flashy cars, purchase overseas real estate, and offer kickbacks to parents who enrolled their kids at fake autism treatment centers. Some of it may have even made its way to the Somalian terrorist group Al-Shebab. So why didn’t Walz stop them? That’s simple: because he went all-in on identity politics. Somalis are a huge voting bloc, and the state’s leaders were afraid that “forcefully tackling this issue might cause political backlash.” That’s not me saying that. It’s a Somali-American fraud investigator who talked to The New York Times. Somali scammers get rich off the programs Gov. Walz was supposed to be managing. Minnesota politicians get elected with Somali votes and keep the money flowing. This isn’t just fraud: it’s political patronage at public expense. When Minnesota told CMS about the problem last year, they assured us they’d handle it. By summer, it was obvious they couldn’t — or wouldn’t. So, we stepped in and shut down the worst program: housing. We also froze provider enrollment in a few of the most abused programs. So where do we go from here? To restore the integrity of the Medicaid program, Minnesota must: 1. Provide CMS with weekly updates on how the state is stopping fraud. 2. Freeze enrollment of all high-risk providers for 6 months. 3. Confirm all providers in place are legitimate or remove them. 4. Send CMS a corrective action plan of how these will prevent this from happening again. If we’re unsatisfied with the state’s plans or cooperation, we’ll stop paying the federal share of these programs. The message to Walz is clear: either fix this in 60 days or start looking under your couch for spare change, because we’re done footing the bill for your incompetence. With CMS on the case, these scammers and their bureaucratic enablers have nowhere left to hide. The vulnerable Americans who depend on these programs — and the taxpayers who fund them — deserve the truth.

Two guys from India visited my house this morning to show it to me: Jibin Mathew and Jikku Jose, founders of StoryBrain. The everything app needs to move way past TikTok if it's really going to grow. So, everything here, especially company posts to sell people on things, must become more visual and personalized (companies here are a big deal, I've found 3,600 AI companies already here and mapped them all out at They showed me that their system can generate attractive videos from: 1. An Amazon product page. 2. A PDF. 3. A Walmart product page. Or really any product page. The AI ingests them, finds important things on them to present to sell the product, and generates media for doing just that. Now why does this matter? Well, these "adaptive media" pieces need: 1. To be translated to all languages. India, alone, has more than 20 languages depending on what part of the country you are in. 2. Get the key selling/story points. 3. Learn from users. If everyone buys more on product pages with red backgrounds, it can learn that and change everything to red. 4. Work on every device. Not just new iPhones. Old shitty Android phones (no AR). TV's. Laptops. Tablets. Even watches. 5. Be personalized for culture and better results. Their team is half AI developers and has been working on generative AI to do this for four years. AI generation changes the game. If X is going to be the everything app that Elon says he wants to turn X into, then it must move toward a much more visual interface, and, soon, into 3D as well due to Vision Pro and competitors. In other words, X needs something like this. Why? 30% of the human brain is for visual processing. They process visual pieces like this much faster than the text that GPT generates. There are many millions of people who can't read at all, too. Can someone who is selling, say, jewelry, or travel, or, "everything," easily make these new pieces to push to social media? In an "everything" app it needs to be super simple. Also, by generating these on the fly (with some precaching) you can ensure they are always up to date and topical. My app just hit $7.8k/m in revenue. This is how I'm running ads for mobile apps. To hit 10k/m before I quit my job & fly to Vietnam 🇻🇳 Part One: Apple Ads (First $1k/m). • Repeated this a lot so to summarise: 1. $100 free ad credits, ez mode. 2. Run strict keywords on competitor names. 3. Split into tiers for countries & scale the max bid. 4. Use RevenueCat or Superwall for attribution. 5. Give ad spend & transactions to claude: find winners. 6. Measure the onboarding: tighten funnel. 7. Daily budget can be low at first, like $20. 8. The max bid is the important variable here. 9. This will get you to $1k/m. Part Two: TikSl0p Ads ($1k to $10k) • This is much harder to make profit. • But when you do, it's exponential. • Read Open Book's guide on this first. 1. Make ~6 formats, ~12 creatives. 2. Leave campaign targeting super broad. 3. I do $70/day of campaign budget spend. 4. No demographic or interest settings. 5. Let the algorithm find your perfect user. 6. Give each creative $50 of ad spend. 7. After $50, if (close to) profitable then scale. 8. If no profit, then stop the posts. 9. Use realised LTV to begin with. 10. Simple: revenue / paid customers. 11. 400 IQ chad: aim for profit on initial transaction. 12. Ask Rico for unrealised LTV. Can be hard to calculate. 13. Expect to burn a few hundred $$ to find profit. Notes: If you none of your creatives are profitable, then go back to the drawing board and try again. You're taking $50 gambles each time. When you find a winner, it'll repay the initial investments 100x! This is a game of pain tolerance. You need to be able to stomach losing hundreds of $$$ without seeing any returns. Part Three: Scaling. 1. If you're consistently getting > 2x ROAS. 2. Up your campaign budget by 15%. 3. Do NOT increase more than 30%. 4. Otherwise I will be very very cross with you. 5. You'll kill performance. 6. Performance can be volatile. • Measure ROAS over weeks, not days Notes: When you've found a winning creative, create multiple variations of it. We're talking 100 different kinds. I'm being lazy and need to do this more!! Part Four: Experimental Ad Spend ($10k +). • This is the next level: I've gone 0-1. • I've not seen much sauce on X about scaling past this. • So, this is where I'm at now. I'll share it with all of you. My current position is: 1. Trying out other platforms: Meta, IG, etc 2. Continue reinvesting the profits from previous ads. 3. I'm trying multiple new avenues right now: • Paid influencers, UGC, slideshowmaxxing, etc. Keep pushing, we're all gonna win.
