RDC data leaks are getting really bad :/

I interviewed a developer for a video a while ago who was being extorted and eventually swatted because Roblox leaked his info, including his phone number, which was ultimately used to find his home address. This issue is unironically one of their biggest safety flaws.

I don't understand why they won't just have it be onsite? Signups have you use your email + roblox auth. can't they just skip the email side and do regular roblox auth/2fa?

True, happens every year even got a email asking to buy my account last year on the flight to RDC.
