So no sound will be heard. --The device that shows a jumping light is supposed to measure something, I don't recall what. --The person off to the left behind a glowing plate is a telepath conducting the session. --The "military aide" who is off-screen to the right is carrying a glowing red button-like device if you look closely at the silhouettes. --The room is kept dark for the comfort of the "EBE" ("Alien"). It is also apparently kept in isolation. --The "EBE" is separated by a transparent partition. --The two doctors come in through the rear entrance on the "EBE" side. etc.

A program aired in 1997 of an alleged whistleblower who worked onsite at Area 51. He said they were transferring the material to a digital medium and therefore the security was lax. Therefore according to "victor" he took the opportunity to download and smuggle [multiple] digital versions of the site. The digital version was transferred to VHS and sold to the company that made this broadcast.
