Writing this with eyes full of tears and a chest full of sorrow and pain My PET scan results came in and the tumor on my lungs that was few millimeters in size two months ago, is now 7x7cm and was labeled as very active So yes i’m in a cancer relapse, and it’s more aggressive than ever 💔 The hardest part for me is not the operations or pain or chemo sessions on endless nausea. To me it’s unintentionally dragging my family and friends and people around me into it with me.. I’m set to have my operation (biopsy) later this week or next week, to know exactly the type and level of cancer i have. Will keep you updated as always I will try to be as active and supportive as possible. Not going down without a fight Thank you so much for reading this and supporting, it means the world to me ❤️ Round 2 here we go

This is Virgil….. he was sat down, by himself at Anfield. One was filmed by me and the other by my son. 1 of Robbos kids was running up to him and interacting. He looked Somber if anything but then so was Anfield today for the most part . 2 legends leaving the club at the end of the season after losing one totally at the beginning -RIP Jota 🕊️ It’s not all on Virgil, as I’ve read, he’s done the most mins then others his age. He also will likely go through his last season with his mins being managed. They’re a team not singular players. So back them all regardless of favourites. It’s gonna be a bumpy ride….

Army veteran takes his life just one day after returning from his honeymoon with his wife, delivers his wife a final gift months later. North Carolina woman Isabel Coles says her husband Christopher, took his life just four days after they got married. "In the morning, he was folding laundry, and things were a little weird. I asked him what was wrong, and he said ‘Nothing.’ Then he went downstairs and tried to get out," she said, according to the New York Post. "I stood at the front door and asked what was going on. He got out and started heading towards the woods." Coles says she ran to get her shoes, but by the time she chased after him, he was gone. His body was found in the woods the next day. With Brandon Tatum Part 5: 🖤 Mom said this wasn’t one of Nolan’s close friends (yet again), yet he parked cars at Nolan’s house for weeks, spent Spring Break with him, and traveled with him. 🖤 The beach fight. Regarding the Eric Trump / Daniel Cormier “text scandal”, I am open to being convinced otherwise, but I do not believe for one second that Eric Trump would text something so stupid to Daniel Cormier. It’s laughably stupid on its face to think that Eric Trump would ask a UFC commentator if any of the fights are “rigged”. That he would ask it in writing. And that he would not, for example, just pick up the phone and call Dana White or Joe Rogan himself. That said, I just want to understand what happened. Daniel Cormier said he was hacked. Is that to say he was hacked at the text level, or the X post level? Did he in fact make the post, and delete it? If he made the post, did he do it as a joke to illustrate how absurd the text hack was, but realized how the post could be misinterpreted as real? Or did someone make the post from his X account he subsequently deleted it. I know there are some who are going to say he made the post in earnest, thinking the text messages were real, intending to call out the “corruption”, and he has since been threatened, deleted the post, and claimed “hack”, etc. I can tell you exactly why I do not believe, even if he made the post, he did it believing the text message was real, intending to call out the “corruption”. If Cormier seriously thought the text messages were real, he would understand that by posting it publicly, it would literally destroy the UFC, his livelihood and his legacy - in addition to the legacy of everyone who has ever competed in the UFC. There is no realm of the universe in which even if it were in fact a real text that he actually received from Eric Trump, he would post it publicly. Because it would mean the end of the UFC. I just want to know if he actually made the post from his X account, or if the entire post was the result of a hack (hence the subsequent deleting of the post). Serious and sincere questions for clarity that would benefit everyone Eric Trump

So here’s how serious I am about The 26th Amendment to the United States Constitution (my right to vote) Because of work obligations and I wouldn’t have the time to travel. I started this process months ago. I applied for the Absentee Ballot, had to re-register to vote, completed some forms and mailed for verification. Received the ballot by mail. I knew ChineyK was traveling and I wanted to ensure they got to the polling station in time. So she had to drop them off at the UPS for me yesterday. This election is too important to NOT vote. It’s too important to NOT let my vote count. It’s too important to come up with excuses. It’s too important to put our future in someone else’s hand. Go out and VOTE. If your state is offering early voting, find a station and do so. If not, ensure on November 5, you do what’s right 💙 🇺🇸

🚨 There’s been a lot of debate about whether the Conor McGregor fight was fixed… I was there. I saw everything. Here’s my take. I filmed the two videos below as he walked into and out of the stadium. (Definitely take a second to watch them) What alarmed me the most about the first video was that there was no joy, excitement, or confidence as he headed toward the Octagon. As he walked into the sea of people, there ZERO percent hope in his eyes; complete deadpan. We all grew up watching Conor hype himself up before battle. That was NOT the Conor we’ve come to know. I’ve watched Conor make that walk dozens of times over the years. The swagger, the grin, the confidence; it was non existent. That’s what IMMEDIATELY caught my attention. The second I saw him, I knew was going to lose. This was his first UFC fight in five years, yet there was zero hope in his eyes? Just a completely blank expression? After all that 💩 talk? Really? To me, he looked like someone who already knew something wasn’t right. Whether it was his body, his preparation, or both, his energy was completely different. The second video shows him WALK back to the locker room. Yes, without a noticeable limp, he WALKED back with that same hopeless look in his eyes. I know 10+ people who have blown out ACLs, and none of them were casually walking around minutes later. That made me think one of two things: He already knew he was dealing with a serious injury, and that kick simply made it much worse. OR He straight up lied about his health, and planned to do a wild kick to blame the injury on in order to cash the check Regardless, it’s unfortunate how it ended. The highest selling gate in UFC history ended up being one of the biggest letdowns the sport has ever seen. Growing up means watching your heroes become human. I sincerely hope Conor continues his spiritual journey with Jesus, gets back to 100%, and returns one more time because we’d all still pay to see it. Shout out to Paddy for saving the night. The little terrier had been at the shelter for nearly five weeks, and most people only knew him as the dog who stayed pressed against the back wall. If someone stopped at his kennel for too long, he lowered his head, flattened his ears and waited for them to leave. It happened at the busy roundabout next to Garon Park and the Southurch McDonalds. I got raked across the coals last year. I went on a popular podcast that got 6m views and in it I said: 1. I grew up poor 2. I grew up on a golf course Impossible, right? I went back to that house yesterday. My dad bought it for $45,000 in 1990, before the Logan River Golf Course was built across the street. His salary was $18,000 - working at a greenhouse. He built this doghouse in 1995 and it’s still there today! Many don’t like believing that wealthy people grew up poor because it makes them feel worse about themselves. The funny thing is, had I grown up middle class or wealthy I likely wouldn’t be successful today. I asked the current owner if I could look in the backyard. He said yes. Then I asked if I could look inside. No dice. The basement still isn’t finished! Those homes behind me used to be a giant field where I’d catch frogs and chase pheasants. It was an awesome childhood.

Several months ago I read an article entitled "Fart walks save lives" and ever since I've been a fan of a post-prandial stroll... It is so good for the digestion and general health; it gets the blood circulating, burns calories and let's you talk through the day with your other half....(farting is optional). So tonight, after a home-cooked meal, I persuaded james to come along the river for a 40 minute walk- and-talk. It was pitch black on the towpath and we saw only 3 other people, all wearing earpods . On the way back we heard, " help! Help!"... and at first thought it was one of the many rowing coaches you hear on The Thames - even after dark. But then I saw a bicycle on its side and shouted after the voice. 20 ft below us, in the water, was a bloke who had come off his bike and fallen headlong down the banking. He had flattened some of the bushes and trees but was still very difficult to see amongst the thick foliage. James scrambled down as far as safely possible to get a better look. The chap was still in his bike helmet, waist deep in the water and thick mud but unable to get any grip at all on the sheer brick wall. James got back up and found his very long bike lock which he then dangled down to try and pull him up - while I nervously said, " please don't get pulled in too.." (eventually James said, " yes I heard you the first 3 times..."). He was too far down to pull up but was pleading with us not to call 999..."it's just so embarrassing " he said.... He sounded like he was in his 50s, well-spoken and very fed up with himself! I stayed talking to him while James ran to get a longer rope and torch from home (but also gave me the nod to call 999). I was worried that our friend might let go or try to climb out and lose his grip if he knew the lifeguard was coming so I kept him talking and asked if there was anyone else I could ring for him. He rather ruefully said no. James appeared back sprinting with the rope. But seconds after speaking to 999, the Chiswick Lifeboat appeared heroically through the dark. They scooped our water-logged Bradley wiggins up and took him down to Kew and off to hospital to get checked over. We walked his bike back to our house and hope to reunite them soon. The moral to the story is that you should never flop on the sofa after dinner when you could walk round the block. Because that article was right - fart walks do save lives!
